★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buat mbak lina kuyin_owner...kronologinya seperti ini..mbak lina beli dispenser hari sabtu malam,kebetulan dispenser cosmos yg dipilih beliau stok habis tinggal 1 yang dipajang..toko kasih garansi 1 hari tapi beliau datang hari senin nya,padahal toko jupiter elektronik minggu tetap buka,alasan beliau baru buka dispenser nya hari senin..yah namanya toko trmpat menjual karena produk cosmos sudah ada service center resminya..setiap customer beli dispenser memang toko mencoba cuna nyala lampu atau tidak nya..soal bisa panas tidaknya toko ngasih garansi 1 hari jadi kalau dispenser ada kendala langsung dibawa ke toko buat ganti baru..nah beliau bawa ketoko hari ke - 3 setelah pembelian..bukanya toko tidak tangggung jawab ,buktinya toko tetap membawa barang tersebut ke service center...buat mbak lina kuyin_owner..mohon maaf atas ketidak nyamananya..ini kami jadikan masukan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan toko jupiter elektronik.trimakasih.

Buat yang punya toko untuk memperbaiki lagi karyawannya salah satunya sistem pelayanannya.
Terutama buat mba" Yang tdk makai hijab, kalo melayani pembeli harusnya lebih santun, dan sitidaknya di dampingi biar pembeli tidak binggung. Dan list harganyapun tolong di cantumkan, masa iya kita tanya harga karyawannya tidak tau sebagian list harga.

Pembeli adalah raja harusnya di layani dengan baik, bukan malah di tinggal ke depan ngobrol sama tmnnya, kalo lagi ada pembeli harusnya di lanyanin dulu, biar bempeli lainnya seneng.
Dan barang" Nya harusnya di cantumkan list harga biar tidak tanya" Harga kesana kemari.

Bukanya malah cuman di tinggal di saat kita mau beli, baru milih" Barang yang sesuai. Harusnya di dampingi biar enak.
