★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya suka sama WiFi nya.. Ngebut banget! Kalo weekend udah betah banget dalam kost main laptop nonton Drakor, hehehe..
I like the WiFi.. It's really fast! If it's the weekend, it's really comfortable to be in a boarding house playing a laptop watching Drakor, hehehe..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya coba ngekos disini karena rekomendasi temen. Tempatnya nyaman, ac dingin, wifi oke, banyak makanan di sekitarnya. Deket mall juga kalo mau cuci mata ?
I tried to stay here because of a friend's recommendation. The place is comfortable, the air conditioner is cold, the wifi is okay, a lot of food around it. Also near the mall if you want to wash your eyes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamarnya nyaman banget buat istirahat, AC dingin, wifi kenceng, ga banyak gangguan dan suara2 berisik dari luar. Harganya terjangkau untuk fasilitas yg didapat, sesuai untuk mahasiswa maupun karyawan.
The rooms are very comfortable for resting, the air conditioner is cold, the wifi is fast, there are not many disturbances and noises from outside. The price is affordable for the facilities obtained, suitable for students and employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kos nya bagus diluar, tapi perabotannya rapuh, kalau rusak nanti akan dipotong langsung dari uang DP tanpa pemberitahuan.
Harga kamarnya tidak sama rata, padahal luas kamar sama dan fasilitas sama saja.
Pemilik tidak bertanggung jawab jika pengurus mudik, jadi tidak ada yang membantu jika ada masalah misal AC rusak. AC nya sering rusak, dan tidak pernah diganti walau sudah diservice 5x lebih. Bahkan kalau tidak ada keluhan, tidak pernah di perbaiki walau penjaga sudah tau.
Udara lembab jadi mudah bikin perabotan kardus dan kayu cepat rusak. Karena AC rusak jadi saya sering buka jendela untuk meringankan udara panas di dalam, walaupun masih panas.
Air nya sering keluar kecil karena lubang shower yg tersumbat pasir dari air.
Pemilik tidak ramah, penjaga ramah tapi juga namanya owner selalu benar.
Internet tidak kencang, suka putus. Ada fasilitas bersihkan kamar seminggu sekali, tapi kalau tidak minta, tidak akan dibersihkan.
Paling penting apapun terjadi, owner harus untung. Segala kerusakan ditanggung penyewa walau sebab nya perabotan sudah tua.
Intinya cukup kecewa kos disini.

The room prices are not the same, even though the room area is the same and the facilities are the same.
The owner is not responsible if the administrator goes home, so there is no one to help if there is a problem, for example the AC is broken. The air conditioner is often broken, and has never been replaced even though it has been serviced 5 times more. Even if there are no complaints, it is never fixed even though the guards already know.
Humid air makes it easy to damage cardboard and wood furniture. Because the AC is broken so I often open the window to relieve the hot air inside, even though it's still hot.
The water often comes out small because the shower hole is clogged with sand from the water.
The owner is not friendly, the guard is friendly but also the owner's name is always right.
Internet is not fast, likes to break up. There is a facility to clean the room once a week, but if you don't ask, it won't be cleaned.
Most importantly, whatever happens, the owner must profit. All damage is borne by the tenant even though the furniture is old.
The point is quite disappointed with the cost here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari tempat kos tinggal jalan kaki kalo mau ke mall sentral park, Citra land dan taman anggrek karena tempatnya deket..
From the boarding house, just walk if you want to go to the Central Park mall, Citra land and the orchid garden because the place is close..
