 The service is sloppy, especially those at the vanguard who are less responsive when customers come and the spooring service is not good because they have to go back twice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sepanjang Jl. Raya bogor ini bengkel terbesar dan terbersih.. Harga ban Dunlop termurah.. Sy beli ban Dunlop untuk Terios 875rb sudah termasuk pasang, balancing, nitrogen. Teknisinya juga cekatan dan jujur, rencana spooring batal krn mnurut teknisi karet support mobil saya perlu diganti, percuma spooring nanti posisi stabilitas ban akan berubah.. Trims teknisi?
Along Jl. Raya Bogor is the biggest and cleanest repair shop.. The cheapest price for Dunlop tires.. I bought Dunlop tires for Terios 875k including installation, balancing, nitrogen. The technician is also agile and honest, the spooring plan was canceled because according to the technician the rubber support for my car needed to be replaced, it's useless spooring later the tire stability position will change. Thanks technician?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya ganti ban ke Dunlon AT5 milih toko resmi yang besar, ternyata masangnya ngawur dengan foto terlampir:
1. Diminta ganti tie rod, ternyata setelah dipasang tie rod nya salah jadinya nabrak velg pas dibelokin. ini bikin velgnya rusak
2. Pemasangan pemberat pas balancing ternyata ngawur dan mudah lepas seperti di foto.
3. Pemasangan ban juga salah, harusnya titik kuning sejajar dengan dop tapi ini enggak. Untuk dealer dunlop ini sangat memalukan. Mohon @Dunlop Indonesia untuk mengevaluasi kemampuan teknis dealer ban ini.
Saya memilih dibenerin di bengkel lain karena Factory Ban tidak mau mengembalikan biaya pasang tierod, mengganti velg yang rusak dan mengganti dengan tie road yang sesuai untuk mobil saya. Masak tie rod yang tidak sesuai dipasang itu kan ngawur. Saya tidak rekomendasi bengkel ini sampai manajemen dan teknisinya diperbaiki.
I changed tires to Dunlon AT5 choosing a large official shop, it turned out to be a sloppy one with the attached photo:
1. Asked to replace the tie rod, it turned out that after installing the wrong tie rod, it hit the wheel when it was turned. this makes the rim broken
2. The installation of the ballast at the balancing turns out to be inconsequential and easy to remove as shown in the photo.
3. The tire installation is also wrong, the yellow dot should be parallel to the hubcap but this isn't. For a dunlop dealer this is a disgrace. Please @Dunlop Indonesia to evaluate the technical capabilities of this tire dealer.
I chose to have it repaired at another workshop because the Tire Factory did not want to refund the cost of installing the tierod, replacing the damaged wheels and replacing it with a tie road that was suitable for my car. Cooking a tie rod that is not properly installed is inconsequential. I do not recommend this workshop until the management and technicians are repaired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came by for a spooring and balancing service package for my car. At first glance, the sales service was mediocre... to put it gently. I wasn't welcomed with an endearing greeting nor a smile when I entered the premises, but the sales lady did manage to ask me whether or not I needed their services (which I obviously did).
So, she inspected my car, 'yelled' at one of the mechanics to start doing the said job and proceeded to inform me that I would only need a spooring for my tires. I was really surprised that they didn't try to rip me off by fooling me into buying their products/services. Kudos to the sales lady.
After the job was done, I went home and realized that my steering wheel was not aligned properly, so I immediately returned and informed them about the problem. The mechanic took my car for a test drive and at this point not a single person explained to me whether or not it was a miscalculation, my car's internal problem, or just a job poorly done. After a brisk wait, the mechanic returned, fiddled with my car's front tires, and voila, problem solved. I appreciate their effort in giving a one week guarantee for their services in case I needed to go back about fifteen minutes after. But overall, I will give them a second chance considering their pricing is very competitive, their genuine behaviour of not fooling the customers, and possibly the air conditioned waiting room (with a coffee machine, quoting the sales lady).
