★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Susah jadi karyawan di sini , walaupun gapok cuma UMR g ada uang makan n transport , klo berkeluarga sangat kurang cari uang di sini , 3 bulan cut , manager kurang kordinasi ke PIC , harus pinter cari muka biar jadi karyawan .
It's hard to be an employee here, even though the gapok is only the minimum wage, there is no money for food and transport, if you have a family there is very little money here, 3 months cut, the manager lacks coordination with the PIC, you have to be smart to look for faces so that you become an employee.
