Each class last for 45 minutes
For beginner dont be afraid, you could just follow your own pace the coach there to help you
It might looks hard but once you do it yourself it could become quite addicting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, lemme tell you guys I am very picky about the workout I do in order to be able to attend the workout session everyday. However, F45 successfully make me do it. I went 4-5 days each week and I never felt better. It is amazing, the workout, the community, some coach, the facilities and all. The result? It has shown all over me, the most important thing is the healthy mentality I've achieved and second, of course look amazing as a bonus ;) Thank you coach Aeri, Leo, Reo, Bryan, John from F45 MOI + Senopati, and all my fit fams!
