★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined a bunch of sessions with this F45 when I was passing through Jakarta in January. The staff were really friendly but the trainers didn't go easy on me in the sessions. Members were unpretentious thank goodness

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fully packed, so business must be good. Compared to other F45, this place is a bit smaller though, and can feel a bit cramped when in full house mode. But I do enjoy working out with the coaches here as they're more attentive on giving posture correction & alternatives when compared to other f45. Kudos to that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided to go to F45 in Dharmawangsa because of the place and the cleanliness of the gym. The staffs was amazing, very helpful and the coach is very attentive in fixing my posture while exercising. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, it is hard to find a gym that is strict on health protocols but gladly F45 Dharmawangsa is strict about this. I feel safe practicing, lot's of hand sanitizer and disinfectant spray around, breaking sweat to sculpt my banging body!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most homie and friendly atmosphere of a boutique gym i’ve been to. Coaches are very nice and helpful, staff are great! Easy access and very clean.
The bathroom is big with locker and proper shower and big mirror and equipped with hairdryer, hair straightener and a itty bitty stuff.
Good work F45 DS! Come back stronger!
