★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and foremost, they’re HONEST. Unlike any other “hype” conventional gyms in Jakarta that I personally experienced. They inform every single thing clearly upfront before you sign up. They never and cannot debit any kind of payments unless you’re the one who authorizes it.
Another thing is that the staff are amazing, they’re professional in the way they communicate with us, the way they handle the administrations, they’re hospitable, polite, humble, bubbly, truly helpful, genuine and they never fail and forgot to address us by our name all the time, even from the very first visit! (Not just the designations; “Mas, Mbak, Kak, Bu, Pak, Ma’am, Sir”).
Moving on, the property has always been well taken care of! The owner does really, I mean really really particular about the condition and functionality of the machines, equipment, air-conditioning, sound systems, shower rooms, and toilets! Also, the cleanliness and sanitizing are always top-notch. They follow strict Covid-19 health protocols; physical distancing, sanitizing, fogging, and body temp check.
Workout-wise, I guess this is what F45 is well-known for (globally) The one-of-a-kind highly effective 45 minutes of result-guaranteed workout (training) experience. It offers numerous variety of line-ups (classes), focusing on so many areas; muscle toning, balance, agility, endurance, strength, and even fat loss! Workout has never been so much fun yet competitive like this! We are not just there alone, cluelessly using equipment as it is a community/team-based workout style - work out will never be mundane anymore! We constantly challenge ourselves towards the other members/our acquaintances or friends.
Lastly, it’s not just about the workout and results but the experience. That includes the service they extend to us. I’d say, F45 Bintaro Sector 9 has rising the bar so high to many of its competitors. The service even other gym companies talk about! Bravo!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gym with a very supportive and friendly community. All staff, coaches and members are very friendly and encouraging, making workouts more enjoyable. And I respecccct how all of the staffs remember every single member's names, making you feel like you're welcomed and part of the community right on the very first time you come there. Sometimes a gym can be a very intimidating place for some people, but not at this gym. The workout programmes in F45 are easy to follow and very efficient, quick results too!
If they say F45 is life changing, I'm not lying. Its true! F45 BINTARO SECTOR 9 rules! lol
