Can't contact the phone number written on the website or on other googling phone numbers....Is this Express no longer active? But how come the fleet is still on the streets?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naik Taxi yang tulisannya seperti Express (kurang terbaca jelas karena malam sekitar pukul 18.45 WIB) tapi di dalam tertulis Taxi Pratama. Selama ini sudah sangat dihindari pake Express karena dulu beberapa kali mengalami hal kurang bagus tapi tadinya berharap semoga saat ini berbeda.
Saat naik ditawarin 100 ribu dari stasiun Jatinegara ke tujuan Cijantung kata supirnya sudah termasuk semuanya termasuk toll (Bukan Argo). Saat sampai di tujuan karena kami bawa barang banyak minta supaya taxi dimasukkan ke jalan cluster agar tepat di depan rumah tapi respon pengemudi kurang enak dengan menutupkan pintu keras-keras dan saat pengeluaran barang ada yang dilemparkannya. Tidak cukup sampai di situ, pengemudi minta lagi uang tambahan 10 ribu katanya untuk parkir di stasiun.....(katanya tadi 100 ribu udah termasuk semuanya????).
Ditambah lagi ngomel²nya yang bikin jengkel gara² diminta masuk ke jalan cluster yang berjarak cuma 30an meter...
Bukan uang sepuluh ribunya tapi caranya yang betul² bikin kapok lagi naik express....selama ini udh dihindari naik taxi ini tapi karena sikond ngga bisa dihindari dapet pengalaman yang ngga enak lagi seperti itu ternyata terjadi lagi.....
Ini unit taxi nya difotoin nopol B 1468 CTC, saat akan difoto mobilnya dimajukan oleh supirnya seperti "menantang" difotoin.....
Mencoba nelpon no telp express yang ditemui di internet untuk menyampaikan keluhan ini, ga ada satu pun yang bisa dihubungi.....
Jadi pelajaran agar ke depannya lebih baik tidak menggunakan taxi express lagi.....
Take a Taxi whose writing is like Express (less legible because it was night at around 18.45 WIB) but it says Taxi Pratama. So far, I have avoided using Express because I had experienced bad things several times, but I hoped that this time it would be different.
When boarding, they were offered 100 thousand from Jatinegara station to the destination of Cijantung, the driver said that everything included the toll (Not Argo). When we arrived at our destination because we brought a lot of goods, we asked for a taxi to be put on the cluster road so that it was right in front of the house, but the driver's response was not good by closing the door hard and throwing things out. It's not enough to stop there, the driver asked for an additional 10 thousand he said to park at the station.....(he said 100 thousand already included everything????).
Plus the nagging that irritated him because he was asked to enter the cluster road which was only 30 meters away...
It's not ten thousand dollars, but the method that really makes you give up on taking the express.... so far it's been avoided to take this taxi but because Sikond can't be avoided, getting an unpleasant experience like that happened again.....
This is the taxi unit with the number B 1468 CTC photographed on it, when the car is being photographed, the driver is pushing forward it looks like it's "challenging" to be photographed.....
Tried to call the express phone number found on the internet to submit this complaint, no one can be contacted.....
So the lesson is that in the future it's better not to use taxi express anymore.....
