★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gerak emang cepet...tp nggak beres servicenya ..sampe sekarang teknisi yg servis nggak pernah dateng . ac tetep nggak bs hidup.. .dihubungi ke no 081295221957..janji melulu..ditelpn dan di WA nggak ada respons...sudah bayar Rp. 600.000,00..nggak ada hasilnya...gmn..coba direspons

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat tidak Profesional !!! .. datang aja udah gak bawa tangga sendiri .. trus bilang bisa 16 derajat Pak dingin nya .. garansi 2 bulan .. saya percaya aja .. eh ternyata cuman angin aja yg keluar .. saya complaint eh gak di jawab2 .. gimana mau garansi 2 bulan ?!!??! .. saya jadi curiga ini bener gak sih tukang Service AC ?? Atau apa yah ??
Very unprofessional !!! .. I just came, I didn't bring the stairs myself .. then said it could be 16 degrees Sir, it's cold .. 2 months warranty .. I just believed it .. uh it turns out just the wind came out .. I complained, no answer .. how do I want to 2 months warranty? !! ??! .. I am so suspicious that this is true or not the AC repairman ?? Or what ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PELAYANAN BURUK!!!! JANGAN DIPAKE! Sudah bayar mahal2 isi freon dan service, tapi ac tetap tidak dingin, freon bocor, garansi 1 bulan freon tapi dihubungi susah. Buat janji 2x DEAL JADWAL, 2x pula CANCEL SEENAKNYA dengan info yg telat.
Cari reparasi lain saja, tidak profesional sekali dari segala aspek. Sudah susah2 ngosongin jadwal, dicancel mendadak melebihi jam yg sudah dijadwalkan.
JANGAN DIPAKAI!
BAD SERVICE !!!! DO NOT USE! Already paid dearly for the contents of the freon and service, but the ac was still not cold, the freon was leaking, 1 month warranty for freon but it was difficult to contact. Make an appointment 2x DEAL SCHEDULE, 2x CANCEL ASAP with late information.
Look for other reps only, not very professional in all aspects. It was already difficult to empty the schedule, it was suddenly canceled beyond the scheduled hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohon maaf sekali, terpaksa saya kasih 1 bintang.
Pelayanan "SANGAT BURUK" dengan harga yang "RELATIF MAHAL".
Teknisi mengandalkan tangga dari pemilik rumah (tidak bawa tangga dari bengkel) serta isi freon dengan tambahan biaya 250rb tapi AC dinginnya tetap biasa (tidak tahu apakah beneran diisi atau tidak freonnya).
Motor swing ganti 170rb dan masih tetap tidak berfungsi. Alasannya motor tidak ori yang dipasang (ini saya juga tidak tahu apakah motor swing beneran diganti atau tidak). Minta tambahan uang 320rb untuk ganti motor ori dan sampai srkarang teknisi "TIDAK DATANG" padahal sudah dibayar via transfer.
Mohon maaf sekali saya sampaikan disini, ini seperti "PENIPUAN" dan mohon dipertimbangkan kembali untuk melakukan perbaikan disini agar tidak tertipu seperri yang telah kami rasakan.
Sebagai bukti dilampirkan screen shot WA dan bukti transfer tambahan.

"VERY BAD" service with "RELATIVELY EXPENSIVE" prices.
The technician relies on the ladder from the owner of the house (don't bring the ladder from the workshop) and fills the freon with an additional 250 thousand costs but the cold air conditioner is still normal (don't know if the freon is actually filled or not).
Changed swing motor for 170k and it still doesn't work. The reason is that the original motor is not installed (I also don't know if the swing motor is really replaced or not). Asked for an additional 320 thousand to replace the original motorbike and until now the technician "NOT COME" even though it had been paid via transfer.
I'm very sorry to say here, this is like "FRAUD" and please reconsider to make improvements here so as not to be deceived like we have felt.
As evidence, a WA screen shot and additional proof of transfer are attached.
