★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sudah sekitar 1 tahun ini berlangganan di excellent laundry, hasilnya memang memuaskan selama ini, tapi beberapa bulan ini kelihatannya pelayanannya banyak penurunan mulai hasil loundry yg kurang bersih, kemudian saya coba dry clean nya beberapa kali juga ada noda warna dipakaian saya yg tidak hilang/tidak bersih padahal perlembar baju saya bayarnya lumayan mahal menurut saya sebesar 15 RB cuma hasilnya kurang memuaskan..kalau bisa diperbaiki pelayanannya seperti awal-awal saya berlangganan disini. Terima kasih

I have been subscribing at Excellent Laundry for about a year, the results have been satisfying so far, but for a few months it seems that the service has decreased a lot, starting with less clean loundry, then I tried the dry cleaning several times and there were color stains on my clothes that were not lost / not clean even though I paid for a lot of clothes quite expensive in my opinion of 15 RB only the results are less satisfactory ... if you can repair the service as I originally subscribed here. thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesini dengan harapan layanan setrika laundry lebih bagus dan mudah dari setrika rumahan. Ternyata hasil setrika mukena seperti di foto. Alasannya kalau laundry disini menggunakan setrika uap dan bahannya tidak bisa disetrika!
Nggak ada penjelasan di awal kalau memang tidak menerima bahan mukena seperti itu ataupun bahan mukena tsb TIDAK BISA DISETRIKA, pas ambil nggak ada minta maaf sama sekali, nggak ada tanggungjawabnya. PADAHAL SETRIKA RUMAHAN JAUH LEBIH RAPI HASILNYA. Sudah terlanjur bayar dan tidak ada refund. Percuma bayar setrika laundry tapi seperti tidak disetrika.
SANGAT TIDAK PROFESIONAL!
Here in the hope that the laundry ironing service is better and easier than a home iron. It turns out that the results of the mukena iron are like in the photo. The reason is that the laundry here uses a steam iron and the material cannot be ironed!
There was no explanation at the beginning if you didn't receive the mukena material like that or the mukena material CANNOT be ironed, when you take it, there's no apology at all, there's no responsibility. THOUGH THE HOME IRONING IS MUCH BETTER THE RESULTS. Already paid and no refund. It's useless to pay for a laundry iron but it's like it's not being ironed.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
