 Have played at a friend's place here, there is a swimming pool too and the location is very strategic for college kids...

Have stayed here, it's delicious, the atmosphere is calm, there's a swimming pool too... and most importantly the location is strategic so it's close to everywhere

Strategic location, clean, there is an outdoor co-working area, very comfortable for assignments, very close to UI, walking through the pedestrian bridge for only 5 minutesβ¨

Harga jualnya jg make sense. Gw pake pribadi aja puas apalagi klo disewain.. auto cuan inisih.. Keren keren.. βββββ?????????? #fivestarsfivethumbs
Recently, I found an apartment in Depok with a really cozy ambiance.. the open space is really great for assignments & looking for inspiration.. the staff is nice, friendly & hospitalized. The selling price also makes sense. I'm just using it personally, I'm satisfied, especially if it's rented out.. just this auto.. Cool and cool.. ?????????? #fivestarsfivethumbs

β β β β β Listrik dan lift pernah mati 4 jam. Alarm kebakaran nyala seminggu 3x, sampe 1 jam 30 menit, budek tinggal di sini wkwkwk. Lapor ke hotline dijudesin. Nadanya nyolot, terus gatau deh udah lama telepon masih gaada yg benerin alarmnya (sampe sempet nulis review gini dong wkkwkw). Kamar mandi kolam renang isinya rambut semua. Gaada sabun even sabun tangan di toilet kolam renang. Kebayang orang abis pipis ga cuci tangan langsung renang! Seru banget! Satpam teriak 'makasih2 yaa mba' gara2 lupa bilang makasih pas ngejar gojek. Bahkan pernah diteriakin OB, gara2 salah masuk malah dari pintu ke luar, kata dia, "MASUK BUKAN DARI SITU!! Oh iya, lobi nya banyak sampah. Banyak puntung rokok atau sampah minuman/makanan. Teriak jago, lobi berantakan :') Kebanyakan satpam baik sih, tp rasanya kalo udah pernah diteriakin satpam sama OB tuh jadi trust issue, ini baik beneran apa mau teriakin gw. Oh ya, listrik juga lemah, kalo mau masak gabisa nyalain AC. Harga mahal ya, tapi kalo servisnya begini ya jatuhnya ga worth it wkwkwk. Oh ya jadi inget, pertama kali pindah ga dibolehin bawa barang :) jadi nunggu like 30 menit di basement dengan barang2 dan mas mas pindahan wkwwkwkwk
Electricity and elevator never went out for 4 hours. The fire alarm goes on 3x a week, up to 1 hour 30 minutes, it's okay to live here wkwkwk. Report to the hotline judged. The tone is loud, and I don't know if it's been a long time since the phone has fixed the alarm (until I'm writing a review like this, wow). The swimming pool bathroom contains all hair. There is no soap and even hand soap in the swimming pool toilet. Imagine people after peeing and not washing their hands immediately swimming! So much fun! The security guard shouted 'thank you ma'am' because he forgot to say thank you when he chased the gojek. The OB even shouted at him, because he entered the wrong way from the door to the outside, he said, "DO NOT ENTER FROM THERE!! Oh yes, the lobby is full of trash. Lots of cigarette butts or drink/food waste. Shouts great, the lobby is messy :') Mostly The security guard is good, but it feels like if the security guard and the OB have shouted at you, it becomes a trust issue, this is really good or you want to shout at me. Oh yes, the electricity is also weak, if you want to cook, you can't turn on the AC. The price is expensive, but if the service is like this, it will fall it's not worth it wkwkwk. Oh yeah, it reminds me, the first time you move it's not allowed to bring things :) so waiting for like 30 minutes in the basement with your belongings and mas moving wkwwkwkwk
