★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya service hari sabtu lalu untuk service berkala mazda cx 5 saya. ketika saya datang bawa mobilnya, kondisi power window saya baik2 saja dengan fungsi bisa buka tutup jendela. namun setelah service selesai, power windownya jadi bermasalah dan dari pihak bengkel malah bilang sebelumnya sudah rusak.
kemudian setelah saya bawa jalan sebentar, power windownya tidak berfungsi sehingga jendela tidak bisa dibuka atau ditutup dan ketika saya kembali lagi, bengkelnya sudah tutup dan untungnya masih ada teknisi.
Akhirnya setelah teknisi melakukan perbaikan, power windownya sudah tidak bisa diperbaiki dan saya harus mengganti dengan yang baru.
Sangat berbahaya apabila saya tidak dapat menutup kaca ketika berada dijalan raya atau tempat parkir.
Sungguh disayangkan untuk dealer merek premium dengan harga service yang lebih mahal dari merek lain, kualitas servicenya tidak memuaskan.
Harapan saya ketika service di tempat resmi adalah kendaraan saya jadi bagus, bukan jadi rusak dan harus ganti spare part.
Maaf, saya tidak merekomendasikan Mazda Pluit, saya akan mencari dealer Mazda lain untuk service berkala selanjutnya.
 I serviced last Saturday for my Mazda CX 5 periodic service. when I came with the car, the condition of my power window was fine with the function of being able to open and close the window. but after the service was finished, the power window became problematic and the repair shop said it had been damaged before.
then after I took a walk for a while, the power window didn't work so the window couldn't be opened or closed and when I came back, the workshop was closed and luckily there was still a technician.
Finally, after the technician made repairs, the power window couldn't be repaired and I had to replace it with a new one.
It's very dangerous if I can't close the window when I'm on the road or in the parking lot.
It's a shame for premium brand dealers with service prices that are more expensive than other brands, the service quality is not satisfactory.
My hope when servicing at an official place is that my vehicle will be good, not damaged and have to replace spare parts.
Sorry, I don't recommend Mazda Pluit, I will find another Mazda dealer for regular service next time.
