1. Teknisi TIDAK mau tipu2 demi keuntungan (klo tempat lain modus pura2 bawa peralatan ntar bilng ganti ini itu lh) cuma info jgn sungkan2 kasih tips tambahan sama teknisi (orang jujur layak dihargai)
2. Cari informasi alat yang mau diperbaiki secara online dulu, trus tanya sama admin biayanya
ESS pasti akan jawab dengan jujur dan harga dibawah tempat service pada umumnya
(Kalau komen saya ini tidak valid setidaknya check secara online dulu sebelum deal sama pemberi jasa perbaikan)
3. RECOMMEND
Wow amazing and honest..
1. Technicians DO NOT want to cheat for profit (if in other places, it's the mode of pretending to bring equipment and then telling me to replace this, you know) just info, don't hesitate to give additional tips to the technician (honest people deserve respect)
2. Look for information on the tool you want to repair online first, then ask the admin for the cost
ESS will definitely answer honestly and the price is below service places in general
(If my comment is invalid, at least check online first before dealing with the repair service provider)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waktu datang telat 1 jam dari yang dijanjikan, teknis tidak profesional, alat-alat tidak lengkap bahkan solatip dan gunting saja tidak ada, yang paling membuat saya dirugikan tidak hanya waktu, AC baru tidak jadi terpasang dan malah memasang ulang AC eksisting dan itu pun membutuhkan wakti yang sangat lama, waktu 3 jam tidak ada hasil apa-apa, tolong ini dijadikan koreksi bagi ESS, terima kasih.
The time arrived 1 hour later than promised, technically unprofessional, the tools were not complete, even solatip and scissors were not available, what cost me the most was not only time, the new air conditioner did not install and instead reinstalled the existing air conditioner and that also required a very long time, 3 hours without any results, please make this a correction for ESS, thank you.
