Mulai dari yg seharusnya esok hari jadi tp bisa sampe 2-3 hari . & begitupun juga dengan mbak penjaga laundry nya yg sekarang kurang sopan & tidak ramah .

β β β β β waktu awal2 pake ckup memuaskan. tp itu ga berlangsung lama pas ngelaundry baju di lebaran. baju sy d hitung ada 32. tau2 pas pengambilan d blg hanya ada 29 (padahal dia yg hitung sendiri dr awal). sy pkir ya sudah lah mungkin benar.
ternyata sampe rumah saya cek, handuk saya hilang 1 dong ?!?! ._. kalo baju udah gatau deh ya ilang apa engga. tp handuk pasti inget lah kan ga sebanyak baju. wth harga ud d atas rata2 tp msh ilang2an juga coy. d telp blgnya ga ada barangnya, ga bertanggung jawab.
the initial time using ckup is satisfying. but it didn't last long when laundry laundry during Eid. I counted 32 clothes. Tau2 when I took it there were only 29 (even though he counted himself from the start). I think it might be right.
it turns out that when I checked my house, 1 towel was missing, please?!?! ._. if the clothes are gone, it's gone or not. but there are definitely not as many towels as the clothes. wth the price ud d above average but still missing too coy. d the phone doesn't have the goods, not responsible.

β β β β β Kecewa banget.. apalagi setelah ganti mbanya.
Kecewa sama ownernya dan mba2 barunya. Menurut saya sukanya ngerepotin customer dan tidak sesuai iklannya.
Iklan sehari jadi tapi tidak, pernah sampai saya ga ada baju lagi krn 5 hari lagi baru jadi.
Lalu tulisan βjust drop & go, krn waktu anda berhargaβ ini ga sesuai sama sekali.
Mbanya pasif sekali, seperti ga niat buka usaha juga eska laundry.
Saya mau bayar aja ga bisa. Gmn bisa βjust drop and go, krn waktu anda berhargaβ. Adanya malah repotin customer dan buang waktu juga si apalagi saya masi kerja hari minggu.
Biasanya selalu pakai Ovo, tapi tiba2 tanpa pemberitahuan uda ga bisa lagi. Yasudah pakai debit aja, lah tidak bisa juga! (mesinnya waktu saya tanya baru mau di charge!)
Lalu minta saya balik ambil uang dan balik ke sana lagi?! Mreka saja tidak mau antar baju ke tempat saya krn jauh tp suru saya balik lagi..
Lalu suruh saya transfer, ke mall dulu, ke ATM. Duh, ribet banget. Kalau pelanggannya seperti saya yg kerja hari minggu dan masi banyak kerjaan lain yg lebih penting.. ga cocok di sini, uda keburu kemakan iklan cucian sehari jadi & βjust drop & go, karena waktu anda berhargaβ. Its just a word without action.
Sudah dr bbrp bulan trakhir memang sudah mau pindah laundry skrg sudah yakin pindah. So, Byeeee2..

Review tambahan menjawab feedback di bwh. Laundry saya Kiloan (isi baju dan clana) bukan Satuan bedcover dll. Saya sudah tlp langsung ke hotline tsb di tempat untuk menyelesaikan masalahnya. Dari suara yg menjawab laki2 dan ketus sudah bawa lagi aja baju2. Okeyy dengan senang hati sy bawa kembali dan bye2.
Really disappointed .. especially after changing the mbanya.
Disappointed with the owner and his new mba2. In my opinion, I like to disturb customers and don't match the advertisements.
The ad was made a day but it never did. I never got any clothes again because it was only 5 days later.
Then the words "just drop & go, because your time is valuable" is not appropriate at all.
It is very passive, like I don't intend to open a business, but also laundry.
I just don't want to pay. Gmn can "just drop and go, because your time is valuable". The fact is even bothering the customer and also waste time, especially let me still work Sunday.
Usually always use Ovo, but suddenly without notice, you can't anymore. Just use debit, you can't either! (I asked the machine when I just wanted to charge!)
Then ask me to get the money back and go back there again ?! They just don't want to take my clothes to my place because it's far but I want to go back again ..
Then tell me to transfer, to the mall first, to the ATM. Ouch, it's so complicated. If the customers like me who work Sunday and still many other more important jobs ... do not fit here, already hurried to eat laundry laundry a day so "just drop & go, because your time is valuable" Its just a word without action.
It's been a few months since I already want to move laundry, now I'm sure I'm moving. So, bye ...

Additional reviews answer feedback below. My laundry is Kiloan (contents of clothes and clana) not Bedcover Unit etc. I have gone directly to the hotline on the spot to solve the problem. From the voices that answered men and retorted, just bring them clothes again. Okeyy, I'm happy to bring it back and bye2.

β β β β β Saya kira hanya saya doang yang kecewa dgn pelayanannya setelah mba-nya diganti ternyata ada yang lain juga ya. Yang saya alami setelah diganti salah satunya ;
- Baju baru selesai bisa 3 hari bahkan lebih.
sampai harus dtg ke toko untuk ambil seragam sekolah adik karena terlalu lama dihandle
- mbanya gak jujur dan gak mau ngakui kesalahan.
Ketika ambil baju dengan 4 bon, mbanya bantu masukin dgn total 8 kantong laundry ke mobil. Ketika sampai rumah, ternyata ada yang kurang akhirnya balik lagi ke tempat laundry dan bilang kalau ada yang kurang lalu mbanya dengan pede dan ngotot bilang "yang dikasih 3 bon" padahal yakin saya sudah kasih 4 bon. Ketika pas kumpulan bon dia keluarkan, benar memang yg saya kasih ada 4 bon. Tanpa minta maaf dan mencari sisa kantong yang kurang, dengan mudahnya dia ambil kantong "ini dari bon ke4" (seperti org penuh siasat)
- ada 2 baju yang hilang dress batik panjang dan celana jeans (sampai saat ini bingung mau komplain karena notanya sdh tidak simpan, dan kami sekalinya laundry banyak nota karena di sini 3 kepala keluarga)
- kalau laundry-an selesai sdh tidak menerima info lagi, mesti dichat atau didatangi dulu (Gak kayak dulu pas sama mba intan).
Gak jarang udah datang jawabannya "belum selesai, nanti sore" pas sore didatangi lagi "belum selesai"
Selama ini saya percaya saja, apalagi dulu pas dihandle sama mba intan. Orgnya ngebantu banget, inisiatif, malah ada uang ketinggalan di saku aja dia langsung ngabarin. Yg skg udah ketus, lama, malah ilang 2 baju. Bukan soal harga bajunya sih tapi kejujuran dan pelayanannya itu
Semoga pemilik eska laundry ini bisa evaluasi saran2 yang sudah disampaikan sama klien. Apalagi gak 1 atau 2 orang yg komplain karena "sejak mba-nya diganti"
