Bp Yanto sendiri menyuplai kelapa muda dari daerah Bantul dan Kebumen, baik tidaknya kualitas kelapa muda sering kali dipengaruhi cuaca, sehingga ada kelapa yang masih muda hijau dipetik atau saat kematangan kelapa muda tepat. Tekstur daging kelapa yang masih hijau muda ini sangat lembut seperti lembaran jelly yang rapuh, semakin masak akan semakin kenyal. Di sini dapat memilih memakai gula pasir atau Jawa, tapi saya pribadi suka yang murni. Sudah berlangganan cukup lama di sini, karena letaknya strategis dan pelayanannya ramah.

Kelapa muda di sini benar-benar kelapa muda. Ternyata banyak gradasinya kelapa muda. Kadang-kadang aku suka yang terasa legit, kadang aku suka yang lembut, bahkan pernah aku meminta yang sangat lembut. Siang ini aku pilih yang lembut dan.....yummy! Segar rasanya siang-siang makan kelapa muda, apalagi aku meminta dibubuhi gula jawa. Manis yang murni mencuat, dari daging kelapanya dan dari gula jawanya.
