★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebenarnya belum pernah konsul ke dokternya, selama ini cuman pakai obat bebas nya, tapi pakai obat bebas tanpa resep nya aja dah bagus dan trus yang paling enak karena ada layanan delivery order nya juga. Buat mudahin orang - orang mager kayak aku.
 Actually, I have never consulted a doctor, so far I have only used over-the-counter medicines, but using over-the-counter drugs without a prescription is just good and then the most delicious is because there is also a delivery order service. Make it easy for mager people like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebelumnya dulu banget tahun 2012 pernah ke Erha Clinic Depok dan cocok. Udah gitu ga pernah ke Erha lagi. Dan hari ini aku coba ke Erha tebet (karena dekat kantor) dgn Dr.Grace. So far aku suka bgt dgn Dokter ini karena helpful, penjelasannya ok, puas dan raaamah bgt! Hanya saja ngaret harusnya jam 12.00 beliau dtg jam 13.00. Pelayanan kasir dan CS ok dan cepat, ramah, ini yang patut dipertahankan. Pengambilan obat jg ga lama, ga tahu ya kalo wwiken. Semoga aku cocok dgn Obatnya.
Previously, in 2012 Erha Clinic Depok was very suitable. I have never been to Erha again. And today I try to go to Erha tebet (because it is near the office) with Dr.Grace. So far, I like this doctor very much because it is helpful, the explanation is ok, satisfied and very friendly! It's just that nargaret should be at 12.00 he at 13.00. Cashier and CS services are ok and fast, friendly, which is worth maintaining. Taking medicine for too long, I don't know if it's wiken. Hopefully I match the medicine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari 1999 pertama buka dikemanggisan sampai akhirnya,buka cabang dimana mana....belum pernah ganti produk.... Puji Tuhan,hasilnya memuaskan sampai usia 43....
Since 1999, Dimanggisan first opened until finally, opened branches everywhere....never changed products.... Praise God, the results are satisfactory until the age of 43....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor was great, but the last time I went there, the frontline staff who took care of prescription and payment were not professional. They read over the prescription very quickly and ended up including 2 items that I didn't plan to purchase. When I re-checked the list before I paid at the counter, I found those 2 items, and I asked the staff to cancel them. Unfortunately they said they could not do so, and I had to pay for those 2 items that I didn't need. I had been Erha's client since 2015. I used to go to the Erha at Baywalk Pluit but since I moved to South Jakarta, I went to its clinic in Tebet. The incident with my last transaction was very disappointing that I feel reluctant to be back there again.
