★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman yg berkesan d Erha Mangga besar, clinic nya bersih karyawan nya ramah menyedakan tempat ibadah untuk muslim dan ruang menyusui, saya tidak perlu repot-repot mencari tempat ibadah karna d clinic erha ini menyediakan tempat ibadah yg lengkap mukenah bersih dan sajadah, d lengkapi sendal jepit untuk berwudhu. Untuk kwalitas obt y sangat bagus wajah menjadi bersih dan kulit menjadi sehat
 A memorable experience d Erha Mangga is great, the clinic is clean, its employees are friendly, distinguishing places of worship for Muslims and nursing rooms, I don't need to bother looking for places of worship because this Erha clinic provides a complete place of worship, clean prayer rugs and prayer mats, complete with sandals flops for ablution. For getting very good quality the face becomes clean and the skin becomes healthy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kemarin kesini beli shampoo dan serum. Karena kebingungan memilih produk dan bertanya ke Karyawan yg bekerja di recepsionist desk (jutek). Pertanyaan aku dijawab seadanya tanpa merekomendasikan apa yg bagus alias bole diblg gak ada customer servicenya.
Yesterday I came here to buy shampoo and serum. Due to confusion in choosing products and asking employees who work at the receptionist desk (jutek). My question was answered casually without recommending what was good, aka it could be said that there was no customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali masuk k tempat ini disambut dah dibukakan pintu, karyawan sangat ramah, tempatnya bersih rapi dan nyaman disini bisa bayar by ovo ayoo siapa yg mau dapet point silah kan, tapi ada sebagian muka karyawan a agak asem gtu ahahaha... merusak pemandangan ahahaaaa... tapi g terlalu sy permasalah kan ???
The first time you enter this place, the door is welcomed and the door is opened, the employee is very friendly, the place is clean tidy and comfortable here, you can pay by Ovo, ayoo, who wants to get points, right? ... but I don't really matter right ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hati2 setiap awal datang tanya dulu dokter yang jaga hari ini, kalau dokter Yolan** mendingan di CANCEL. Aku uda setidaknya 5x atau lebih treatment di Erha, dan setiap dapat dokter yang satu ini kecewaaaaa banget..
Cuma mau beli obat yang padahal gk butuh resep disuru bayar biaya konsultasi 250.000 yang padahal gk nyampe 1 menit dia sampe tulis resep disuru beli shampoo segala, padahal aku uda bilang aku uda pernah datang sebelumnya. Shampoo juga masi ada aku uda beli.
Konsultasi n treatment semuanya buru2 kaya yang penting dapat duit..
Kalau dokter lain gk ada yang separah ini kok.. bener2 deh hati2 banget sama dokter 1 ini. Pastiin jangan sampe kalian treatment atau konsultasi sama dokter ini. Kalau lagi dapat dokter yang lain gpp kok ok2 aja, aku ada coba Erha di Bali juga ok semuanya. Pelayanan yang lainnya juga masih ok n sopan. Cuma gk ada yg mau membantu kasi solusi n cuma senyum2 kaya menunjukan “emang begitu bu dokternya, pasrah saja dan bayar saja”.
Be careful when you first come, ask the doctor on duty today, if it's doctor Yolan** it's better to CANCEL. I've had at least 5 or more treatments at Erha, and every time I get this one doctor, I'm really disappointed..
I just want to buy medicine, even though I don't need a prescription, I was told to pay a consultation fee of 250,000, even though it didn't arrive for 1 minute. She even wrote a prescription and asked me to buy all shampoo, even though I said I'd been here before. The shampoo is also still available, I bought it.
Consultation and treatment are all in a hurry, the important thing is to get money..
If there is no other doctor as bad as this, how come.. Really, be very careful with this 1 doctor. Make sure you don't get treatment or consult this doctor. If you get another doctor, it's okay, it's okay, I tried Erha in Bali, everything is ok. The other services are also still ok and polite. It's just that no one wants to help provide a solution n just smile like it's showing "that's how it is, Mrs. Doctor, just give up and pay".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ditangani dr Yuliwaty adalah pilihan terbaik krn dokter nya ramah. Beda 180°dgn dr Yoxxxxx yg pengerjaan nya ga sabar dan selama ambil paket terapi, resep obat minum sempat tdk diambil krn pandemi dan cuma beda 10 harian aja sdh ga bisa ditebus. Hrs kena charge konsultasi lagi utk buka resep sama. Dokter ybs jg tdk mau kompromi sikon yg terjadi. Dijawab ketus pula saat ditanya knp ga bs ditebus resep yg sdh dibuka. Akhirnya sisa paket digunakan dgn keputusan tdk akan kembali ke sana lagi. Sehingga suatu saat pas mau habiskan sisa paket, dokter ybs tdk masuk, shg bertemu lah dgn dr Yuliwaty yg super ramah dan pengerjaan nya super telaten. Akhirnya sy perpanjang paket hingga skrg. Pelayanan frontliners kadang ramah kdg acuh tergantung situasi rame atau sepi. Smoga bs makin ditingkatkan kembali pelayanan semua lini di erha mabes 8.
Being treated by Dr. Yuliwaty is the best choice because the doctor is friendly. It's 180° different from Yoxxxxx, whose work is impatient and while taking the therapy package, the prescription for drinking medicine was not taken because of the pandemic and only 10 days apart, it couldn't be redeemed. You have to be charged for a consultation again to open the same recipe. The doctor in question also doesn't want to compromise the situation that has occurred. He also answered curtly when asked why the opened recipe couldn't be redeemed. Finally used the rest of the package with the decision not to return there again. So that one day when I was about to finish the rest of the package, the doctor didn't come in, so I met Dr. Yuliwaty who was super friendly and the work was super painstaking. Finally, I extended the package to now. Service frontliners are sometimes friendly or indifferent depending on whether the situation is busy or quiet. Hopefully we can improve the service of all lines at Erha Headquarters 8.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a patient/consumer here since 2 years ago. I have to say that this place is the worst Erha Clinic I've visited before compared to other Erha branches. The doctors, staff, assistants are ignorant (except the security lol).
They just want your money, that's all. Doctors only want you to come to get the most expensive therapy for you without thinking about the result or benefit to you.
Oftentimes, when you consult to them, it only takes 1 or 2 minutes and then give you some prescription and they continue looking at their phones. GUESS WHAT, you must pay 250k for that useless consultancy!! Big lol.
If you love yourself (and your money) never come to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to be dokter Ronny patient since 1997 till now.
But because of the distance thus I looked for the closest Erha Clinik which is here, and I've been becoming Erha Mabes since couple of years. But, recent years their service and diagnosed become so worse. We have to come back for control 2 weeks after the 1st consultatiom so does the vailidity of the prescription. .while when I consulted with Dokter Ronny before the pandemic, he might provide 3months prescripsion, with best result I ever had.
Unfortunately he did not accpet any consultation during the pandemic, its too bad as I think he is still the best doctor Erha Clinic has.
I wont come back to this clinic anymore.
