★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kemarin sempet lihat di IGnya Erha ada promo free consultation, pas daftar disuruh nunggu katanya bakal dihubungin lg tp gak ada dihubungin lagi, yasudalah mungkin ini yg terakhir pake produk erha, udah hampir 9 bulan jg sabar2in pake, tp gak ada dampak apa2, mukaku ya B aja, sama aja kayak pas pake produk wa*dah/a*ne*, mending balik ke skincare awal, lbh murah dan gak perlu konsul, bayar lg, tp muka sama aja ya buat apa.
Yesterday I saw on Erha's IG that there was a free consultation promo, when I registered I was told to wait, he said he would be contacted again but no one was contacted again, so maybe this is the last time I have used Erha's products, I have been patiently using it for almost 9 months, but there is no effect, my face is ok It's just the same, it's the same as when you use a wa*dah/a*ne* product, it's better to go back to the initial skincare, it's cheaper and you don't need a consultant, you have to pay again, but what do you do with the face?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari Desember 2020 sampe skarang masih rutin pake produk Erha, sama treatment juga (acne peeling&blue light), udah beberapa kali konsul, awal2 tiap bulan konsul, ganti cream dan sabun mukanya. sabun mukanya udah coba yg erha 2, acsbp, dan ecs jg udah. cream2nya jg udah beberapa kali ganti dan skrg yg aku pake AMG6 AF2, AG2, ANC4, dan totol AST, TAAPII udah sekian lama masih belum jg ada perubahan signifikan, jerawat masih silih berganti, bekas2 masi hitam, pori2 masi besar dan berminyak, gimana ya, mau konsul lagi jd males, nunggu cream ini abis aja trus ganti yg lain, Readers dimari ada saran?

I've tried the facial soap, Erha 2, acsbp, and ecs, too. The creams have also been changed several times and now I'm using AMG6 AF2, AG2, ANC4, and AST spots, BUT it's been a while and there's still no significant change, the acne is still changing, the scars are still black, the pores are still big and oily, what do you do? I want to be a consul again, I'm lazy, just wait for this cream to finish then change to something else, Readers here, do you have any suggestions?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau mau treatment di Erha PIM lbh baik nanya dulu, telpon atau WA, klo langsung datang bisa2 tertolak.
udah 2kali tertolak gue, yg pertama mau photorejuve dan yg ke 2 suntik vit. c, katanya gak ada alatnya.

If you want treatment at Erha PIM, it's better to ask first, call or WA, if you come right away, you may be rejected.
I have been rejected twice, the first one wants to photorejuve and the second one takes vit. c, he said there was no tool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience today with this clinic. Took the special “signature facial” pack. The receptionist guy said “it is for complete two hours”. That’s what I heard from one of my friend as well.
I went inside and the face clean up started at 4:50 pm. The lady started her work. She first cleaned my face and than put the scrub for two seconds at the max and wiped. Later she put the mild peel for ten minutes and went talking to her friends in the same room as they were accompanying her. I could hear them giggling aloud and gossiping. She came after ten minutes though I didn’t note her time then. She wiped it off with cold water and kept the steamer above my face for another 5-10 mins. After that she started picking out my white heads for another 7-8 mins. After all this she put an oil type cream on my face and started doing massage which last for less than 4minutes. After this she ask me at 5:25 do you want me to put mask on your face.
I was shocked asked her when will she do massage . She goes I have already done. Also, my time will be up before 6 pm. I will not do after that. She was so rude to me. I asked her your receptionist said the signature facial is for two hours. She said if the facial gets over before two the client goes. But it was hard for me to believe their was no facial at all without massage. You bloody charge me 500,000 rupiah, and you don’t even do massage. Products even we have to apply at home. But I went there took all the effort but all in vain, really poor service ERHA. Remove such therapist, otherwise it will be a downfall for you soon.
