★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk service sih, mbak-mbak spgnya baik dan ramah ya, tapi gak tau sekarang peraturannya kayak gini apa gimana, saya niat beli hp xiaomi aja, gak niat pake asuransinya yg harganya 299rb. Mbak spgnya gak jelasin detail cuma bilang klo harga hpnya 1,5 jtan, gak dijelasin klo itu harga sekalian sama asuransinya. Udah gitu, bill-nya dikirim lewat email, jadi sadarnya pas sudah sampai rumah. Padahal setiap beli hp selalu di erafone, dan selalu ditanya dulu mau pake asuransi apa gak. Cuma itu aja sih, masalah transparasi.

Awalnya mereka yakin itu barang ready stock, setelah saya nunggu 1-2jam ternyata free gift nya tidak ada. Buang waktu sekali. Penyesuaian stock opnamenya juga tidak sesuai. Coba diadakan training ulang untuk para pegawainya, beberapa sales ada yang rajin greeting, ada juga yang cuek banget.
Knowledge of the goods they sell themselves is minimal. It's not all, but I found it myself. At first they believed it was a ready stock item, after I waited 1-2 hours, it turned out that the free gift was not available. Waste of time once.
