Dsini dilayani dgn baik tp pgwai kurg teliti sy mnt iphone 13 biasa 128 diblg tdk ada.seharusnya dy bs carikn di cab lain. Akhirny sy bli iphone 13 yg mini ktika ssudh dibuka tmnnya blg klo stok ad masih 3 unit.dy blg sistem kosong tp fisik ada. Pdhal sy sudh 6x suruh pastikan ad tdknya dy blg tdk ad. Bknnya sombong tp yg sy bli bkn hp murh lho..
I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. First, Erafone Ciledug, I asked for HRG2 iPhone 13, the employee told me to look at the pricelist. Because I'm not satisfied with the service, I moved to Erafone Karang Tengah. It's served well here, but the employee isn't very careful, I asked for the regular iPhone 13, 128 said not to exist. I should have looked for it in another cab. In the end, I bought a mini iPhone 13 when it was opened, the friend told me that there were still 3 units in stock. I said the system was empty but the physical was there. Even though I've told him 6 times to make sure it's available, he said it wasn't there. It's not that I'm arrogant but what I bought wasn't a cheap cellphone, you know..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gada welcome drink (aqua) selama masa menunggu HP diambil di cabang erafone lain. Cukup lama pdhl. SPG kurang informatif, kurang komunikatif dan kurang ramah. SPBoy lumayan informatif&ramah utk menjelaskan produk. Yg diucapkan trmksh hanya yg nenteng tas erafone pdhl yg beli sepasang suami istri wakakkak
A welcome drink (aqua) during the waiting period for the cellphone to be picked up at another Erafone branch. Long enough pdhl. SPG is less informative, less communicative and less friendly. SPBoy is quite informative & friendly to explain the product. What was said, thank you, only those who carried an Erafone bag, even those who bought a husband and wife, lol
