★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the power bank 3 weeks ago. Having problem on input charge. Still one bar after changing one night. Bring the power bank to shop. They didn't do anything just ask myself to send to different address to check. Basically, this store just wants to sell the items to you, they don't provide any service after sale if anything wrong on items. Next store Wellcomm is better service than Erafone. At least they willing to check and exchange same item if still under warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't care costumer satisfaction. They only be nice when you want to buy their product. Once it has problem, nobody willing to take responsible. I bought iphone 6 but after 2 weeks, the phone cannot be connected to wifi. After a long debate and 10 days of waiting, they give us the "new" phone. But that "new" phone also has problem with the battery. I don't know why they give us those product. I waste my money for nothing but disappointment. I realy not recommand this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is not friendly & got more things to do on product knowledge. Some of them even didnt wear mask properly. They were making fun of cust if cust reject their suggestion & too pushy to recommend the bundling, insurance, and their target product.
