★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah saya beli handphone disini. Awalnya sih dari erafone yang lantai atas. Tapi di sana ga ada warna handphone yg saya inginkan, Jadi disuruh yang kebawah. Di sini ada sih warnanya yg saya inginkan hanya satu tapi. Akhirnya, saya beli. Normal2 aja, pelayanan baik. Tapi malemnya pas saya sedang main tiba2 layar handphone malah redup dan ada bintik cahaya gitu. Akhirnya esok nya saya ke sini lagi. Handphone saya sih diganti yang baru, tapi kejadian ini membuat saya kapok belanja di erafone lagi dan saya memutuskan untuk tidak belanja di erafone lagi, mendingan di toko brand handphone langsung. Memang sih, layanan bagus. Sebab itu saya kasih bintang dua.
I've bought a cell phone here. Initially, it was from the Erafone which was upstairs. But there wasn't the color of the cellphone I wanted, so I was told to go down. There's a color here that I want only one but. Finally, I bought it. Just normal, good service. But at night, when I was playing, the phone screen suddenly dimmed and there were spots of light. Finally the next day I came here again. My cellphone was replaced with a new one, but this incident made me give up shopping at Erafone again and I decided not to shop at Erafone anymore, I'd rather go to a mobile brand shop directly. Indeed, good service. That's why I give it two stars.
