The only negative part of my experience trying to order the components was the slow responses from their WhatsApp team. Mileage may vary though because some other days they would sometimes respond pretty quickly.

When waiting to pick up the item, staff ask you to wait outside and monitoring the queue number from the screen or notification from email/whatsapp. Very good idea for social distancing rules.
