★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi strategis dekat pasar dan jalan raya, card key lock seperti hotel, kamar relatif pas tidak kebesaran atau kekecilan, CCTV dimana2 dan yang sangat penting... harganya sih masih affordable buat kantong gua. High recommended daripada kost2 BSD atau karawaci yang mahal banget nget nget....
 Strategic location near markets and highways, card key locks like hotels, rooms are relatively right, not too big or too small, CCTV is everywhere and most importantly... the price is still affordable for my pocket. High recommended than BSD or Karawaci boarding houses which are really expensive, really....

Tempatnya tidak terlalu ramai tapi suasana hidup.
Dekat dengan pasar bayem. Cuma 50 m dari pasar.
Kuliner sekitar juga cukup variatif.
Dan yang paling ok, di tempat kost ini di lantai bawah ada kios, disitu ada kios frozen food. Namanya Mama frozen.
Item barangnya lengkap, murah dan si mas jaga ramah banget.
Jadi kalo mau beli cemilan frozen tinggal ke bawah.
Pokoknya tempat kost dan toko frozen food nya ok banget.
It's a good boarding house.
The place is not too crowded but lively atmosphere.
Close to the Bayem market. Only 50 m from the market.
Culinary around is also quite varied.
And the most ok, in this boarding house downstairs there is a kiosk, there is a frozen food kiosk. It's called frozen Mama.
The items are complete, cheap and the mas guard is very friendly.
So if you want to buy frozen snacks, stay down.
Anyway, the boarding house and the frozen food shop are really ok.
