TAPI PELAYANAN PIHAK BAGIAN KANTOR BPJS (Bernama Ibu Indah) Sangat Judes Jutek Tidak Sopan Juga Menyepelekan Sekali, Saya Masuk 11.30 Saya Tunggu 1 Jam Masuk Lagi Katanya Belum Selesai Pendaftaran BPJS Bayi, Lalu Saya Coba Hubungi Call Center Pengaduan BPJS Kota Jogja, Ternyata Belum Ada Input Data Entry Dari BPJS Sardjito Pada Pukul 13.00, Jadi Ternyata saya sudah antri sejam lebih data saya belum diinput cuma ditaruh, setelah saya mengadu baru 15 menit dikerjakan. Saya sangat kecewa sekali padahal saya sudah 4 thn aktif bpjs tanpa telat dan tanpa denda dan kebetulan saya BPJS MANDIRI KELAS (1) Dimana iuran naik 150rb / org atau 450rb / bln keluarga saya, pun saya tidak pernah komplain, Pajak Juga Selalu Tertib, Tapi Sangat Disepelekan Sekali Pelayanan nya.. MOHON PIHAK TERKAIT TINDAK LANJUT LAPORAN SAYA INI..!! Mereka sudah digaji tapi tidak amanah, gaji tidak halal tidak sesuai kinerja.
Doctor, Nurse, Administration Service is Very Good, Communicative & Professional.
BUT PART PARTY SERVICES OF THE BPJS OFFICE (Named Ibu Indah) Very Judes Jutek Is Not Polite Also Underestimating, I Enter 11.30 I Wait 1 Hour Going In Again Says Not Completed Registration of BPJS Bayi, Then I Try Contacting the BPJS Complaints Call Center in Jogja City, Turns Out Not Yet Input Data Entry from BPJS Sardjito at 1:00 p.m., So it turns out that I have queued for more than an hour, my data has not been inputted, it is just being put in, after I complained it was only 15 minutes done. I am very disappointed even though I have been active for 4 years without being late and without fines and I happen to be BPJS MANDIRI CLASS (1) Where the dues increase by 150 thousand / person or 450 thousand / month for my family, I have never complained, taxes are always orderly, but Very underrated once its service .. PLEASE RELATED PARTY FOLLOW UP MY REPORT ON THIS .. !! They are already paid but not mandated, illegal salaries do not match performance.
