★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurang banyak penghijauan dan pohon besar, untuk perumahan middle up seperti emerald terrace, seharusnya developer berani invest untuk landscaping, idealnya pembangunan berjalan dibarengi landscape yg tertata
Lack of greenery and large trees, for middle-up housing such as the emerald terrace, developers should dare to invest in landscaping, ideally development goes hand in hand with an orderly landscape

Genteng bocor, masih garansi 1 th katanya..komplen udah 1 bulan lebih gak dikerja kerjain..beberapa kali WFH buat nunggu tukangnya tapi gak dateng..jangan buang waktu konsumen ? mau nunggu plafondnya ambruk? Seperti kejadian di blok G? Ini developernya atau kontraktornya yg gak bisa kerja? Saya sudah lakukan kewajiban saya sebagai konsumen, bayar pajak, bayar IPL..apa saya salah MENUNTUT HAK GARANSI SAYA? Pak/bu, saya sampe comment disini saking apanya coba? Emosi sayaaaah ?
When is my complaint done, sir/madam? The tile is leaking, it's still under 1 year warranty, he said. Like what happened in block G? Is this the developer or the contractor who can't work? I have done my obligations as a consumer, paid taxes, paid IPL..am I wrong to claim my warranty rights? Sir/Madam, I'm even commenting here, so what are you trying to do? My emotions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya konsumen yg membeli rumah disini, sblm beli sih servicenya oke. Makanya berani ambil. Setelah beli? Jgn salah, after sales servicenya jelek bgt. Setiap komplenan harus nunggu lama untuk diperbaiki developer. Saya juga dpt program free ppn, yg dimana uang cashback tidak diberikan sampai saat ini. Padahal diperjanjian awal saat beli cashback ppn tidak diberikan setelah 12bulan namun diberikan pada sept 2021. Semua aturan yg dibuat developer seakan dibuat-buat, uang saya puluhan juta ada di developer dan blm kembali sampai saat ini. Tapi anehnya konsumen yg beli cash, diberikan cashback diawal. Yg dibeli kan bukan cuma rumah tapi after sales servicenya. Dipikirin lg aja kalo emg mau beli rumah disini ya ibu&bapak
I am a consumer who bought a house here, before buying the service was okay. So dare to take it. After buying? Don't get me wrong, the after sales service is really bad. Every complaint has to wait a long time for the developer to fix it. I also got a free VAT program, where cashback was not given until now. Even though in the initial agreement when buying the VAT cashback it was not given after 12 months but was given in September 2021. All the rules made by the developer seem made up, my tens of millions of money are with the developer and have not been returned until now. But strangely, consumers who buy cash are given cashback at the beginning. What you buy is not only the house but the after sales service. Just think about it if you really want to buy a house here, mom & dad
