★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's nice place to stay. It's not too expensive. Private beach and sunrise, stargazing at night, and the sound of waves is very calming. Definitely worth the price. I will stay there again other time.
The house is clean. The water is a little bit salty but no worry, they give you a galon of mineral water. Just bring your friends or family and have barbeque with sea front view

There are 2 bedrooms (king bed size, 1 fan each room), 1 bathroom (no hot water), small pantry, water dispenser, 2 outdoor dining tables with beach and ocean view. I was here end of 2019 to celebrate new year. I suggest for those of you who want to stay here, you must bring your own favourite food, snacks, although there are some food vendors at beach. But, it is better you bring your own favourite food, so you get your unforgettable experience and feeling at this place.
