The officer and the security officer really helpful and warm to all guest, they will gv us all information that we need about Vietnam
I am so happy with this embassy and also about the country itself, Vietnam is a beautiful country

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people do not know what customer service is, I arrived at the advertised opening time 09:00 only to wait for 90 minutes because the counter staff were in a meeting. Eventually someone came and gave me the paperwork to fill in, at about 10:30. However, they then disappeared again until returning at 12 noon. I was then told that I would have to return at 3pm to collect my visa. I returned at 3pm only to wait again for another 45 minutes. Typical Vietnamese customer service! There is none!
