Slow response times. Number listed on website is inactive, multiple complaints have been made but the same inactive number is still listed. Emailing is no different.
Bad service all round.

The one time I managed to speak to someone they said they cannot help me until Home Affairs is open in SA and this happened a while back already. Jakarta has been mostly open for over two weeks, but not the embassy.
