★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman pertama yang sungguh buruk di Ellena Setiabudi.
Tidak saya rekomendasikan. Bersihin komedo tidak sampai bersih, bagian hidung dilewati krn komedo dan jerawat saya yg banyak. Salah satu pegawai ada yg memanggil temannya dan menceritakan kondisi wajah saya ke pegawai lain shg pegawai tsb mendekati saya. Sungguh tidak ada etika dalam pelayanan. Saya menunggu penyinaran, beberapa pegawai masuk dan merumpi di sana. Sungguh semoga menjadi pembelajaran kedepannya
 Really bad first experience at Ellena Setiabudi.
I don't recommend. The blackheads are not clean, the nose is skipped because of my many blackheads and pimples. One of the employees called his friend and told the condition of my face to another employee so that the employee approached me. There really is no ethics in service. I was waiting for the light, some employees came in and chatted there. I hope it will be a lesson in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya sih nyaman ,tp di ruang treatment nya biasa aja... Facial nya kurang begitu memuaskan gak begitu bersih... Pengalaman saya mencoba facial skin care sejauh ini biasanya kan ditanyain kalo udah selesei "komedo nya ada yang kurang atau tidak mbak,diliat dulu *disodorin kaca* " ini mah kagak terus kan gak pake kemben jadi mijet nya gak sampe area badan belakang :( .

Facial Tea Tree ~ 50K
Oh ya masih di tambahin 5K untuk spa wajah tp asli aku gak nemuin spa wajah nya dimana...
Btw, alat untuk uap juga gak ada malah dikasih kapas basah yg hangat nya cuma 30detik karna terhempas ac :(

The place is comfortable, but in the treatment room it's just normal ... Facials are not very satisfying not so clean ... My experience of trying facial skin care so far is usually asked if it's finished "blackheads are missing or not miss, see first * presented with a glass * "this mah, it doesn't keep using it again, so the massage doesn't reach the back of the body :(.

Facial Tea Tree ~ 50K
Oh yeah, I still added 5K for facial spa but I didn't find the facial spa where ...
Btw, there is also no tool for steam, instead they are given wet cotton which is warm for only 30 seconds because the ac is blown away :(

Please be polite to the customer, pay attention to the tone of voice even though you are emotional, the first experience with Elena Banjarsari got bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ellena cabang Gentan CS nya tidak ramah, jutek dan sok tau. Dokter menyarankan saya menggunakan cream apa & seperti apa cara penggunaannya pas tebus resep malah sok-sokan sumbang saran & sok tau, nada bicara juga sangat nyolot. Cream habis mau beli lagi malah di introgasi seperti saya ada salah sama beliau.
Kurang puas dgn pegawai yg sekarang beda dengan pegawai tahun2 lalu sangat ramah dan santun. Mohon pihak Ellena skincare untuk pelayanan semakin ditingkatkan lg. Thq
Ellena, the Gentan CS branch, is not friendly, rude and pretentious. The doctor advised me to use what cream & how to use it when I redeemed the prescription, I even pretended to be discordant & pretentious, the tone of voice was also very loud. After I finished buying the cream, I was even interrogated like I had something wrong with him.
Not satisfied with the employees who are now different from the employees of previous years who are very friendly and polite. Please Ellena skincare for service to be further improved. Thq

Mau beli lewat online, nunggu disiapin dulu. Dah nunggu 1 jam lebih masih belum siap,giliran dikirim paket pesennya apa dikirim apa.
Mana gabisa dituker, lahh yg salah kan yang ngirim.
