★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ada di lantai paling atas dan berseberangan dengan Hypermart. Saya selalu belanja barang elektronik di Electronic City. Saya tidak bisa kasih nilai sempurna, karena menurut saya agak kurang nyaman kalau sedang lihat-lihat tapi diikuti oleh pegawainya.
 It's on the top floor and across from Hypermart. I always shop for electronics at Electronic City. I can't give a perfect score, because in my opinion it's a little uncomfortable when I am looking around but followed by the employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sedang mencari televisi LED ukuran 55", dan sepertinya Electronic department store yang masih ada di kawasan Tangerang tinggal Electronic City di Supermall Karawaci. Tempatnya luas dan cukup lengkap dengan barang branded. Product merk China sangat sedikit, hampir tidak ada. Petugas yang menangani saya sangat ramah dan sangat membantu sekali. Akhir nya saya jadi membeli TV tersebut disini setelah menerima banyak penjelasan dari berbagai merk. Terima kasih.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kritik saya: Tidak ada pelayanan ekstra dari electronic city, bahkan minta tolong di taruh di lantai 2 pun tidak, untuk instalasi unit pun, harus melalui SHARP. Jika melalui mekanik akan dikenakan fee. Mohon di kaji kembali pelayanan yang seharusnya didapatkan oleh customer. Karena customer membeli barang yang harganya di atas pasaran, dengan harapan ada service yang lebih dari toko2 lain yang dapat di berikan oleh electronic city.

If you go through a mechanic, a fee will be charged. Please review the service that should be obtained by the customer. Because customers buy goods whose prices are above the market, in the hope that there will be more service than other shops that Electronic City can provide.
