★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SPG was friendly, but the guy at pick up items is not friendly at all and work very slow. The worst thing is they out of raffia string and not even ask if they want to help us to bring the items to our car.

The staffs are friendly and have good knowledge about the products. Cashier and customer service are also polite and supportive.
Since it's located in lippo Puri Mall, they may not have all variant, but they sure has the best selling items and the basic.
