★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good place, enak buat nongkrong. View-nya sejuk. Harga makanan dan rasa sebanding dan worth it. Kurangnya cuma 1: pegawainya terlihat kurang profesional.
Ketika saya berkunjung, sama sekali tidak ada yang menyambut/menyapa. Ketika saya pilih menu di kasir, tidak ada pegawai yang jaga di kasir sehingga saya bingung mau manggil yang mana karena lagi pada sibuk check sound buat band. Akhirnya saya panggil 1 waitress, eh mbaknya malah manggil yang lain. Hhhmm....
Pas saya nanya soal salah 1 menu kopi, mbaknya jawab "Aduh, saya nggak tahu soal kopi, Mbak." Lho, gimana? Sebagai seorang waiter/waitress harusnya mengetahui dan memahami soal menu yang tersedia di tempat kerjanya. Please, teach them to learn better. Baiknya juga stand by kalo ada cust datang. Jangan dikacangin ? Nggak bagus kalo ada cust nanya soal menu, lha kok jawabnya nggak tahu. Cust aja nggak tahu, makanya nanya.Untung mbak2nya sopan banget. Murah senyum dan memberi service dengan manner yang bagus.
Satu lagi minusnya. Pas saya ke sini, kayaknya ada band yang lagi check sound. Suaranya gede bgt. Literally terlalu gede. Saya dan teman saya jadi kurang nyaman ngobrolnya, walau udah tutup pintu dari luar. Saya nggak tahu sih kalo weekday tetep ada live band atau tidak (saya ke sini pas weekend, tepatnya saturday night). Volume musik yang ideal di kafe itu harusnya nggak terlalu besar karena kafe adalah tempat makan dan ngobrol, bukan tempat nonton konser. But well, maybe itu karena mereka lagi check sound buat live band aja.
Selain 2 hal tersebut, overall semuanya good.
Pretty good place, good for hanging out. The view is cool. The price of the food and taste is comparable and worth it. Lack of only 1: employees look less professional.
When I visited, there was absolutely no one to greet / greet. When I select the menu at the cashier, there is no employee on duty at the cashier so I am confused about which one to call because I am busy checking the sound for the band. Finally I called 1 waitress, the lady instead called another one. Hhhmm ....
When I asked about one coffee menu, the lady replied "Oh, I don't know about coffee, Ma'am." What, how? As a waiter / waitress, he should know and understand about the menus available in his workplace. Please, teach them to learn better. It's good to stand by if there is a cust coming. Don't be crushed ? It's not good if there is a cust asking about the menu, how come the answer doesn't know. Cust don't know, that's why I ask. Luckily the ladies are really polite. Smile and give service in a nice manner.
One more minus. When I came here, I think a band was checking the sound. His voice is really big. Literally too big. My friends and I are not comfortable chatting, even though the door is closed from the outside. I don't know if there is still a live band on weekdays or not (I came here on the weekend, to be precise Saturday night). The ideal music volume in a cafe should not be too big because a cafe is a place to eat and chat, not a place to watch concerts. But well, maybe it's because they're just checking the sound for a live band.
Apart from these 2 things, overall everything is good.
