★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I suppose that when they say contemporary Indonesian art this is what they mean: mixed medium pieces, suspended sculptures, and paintings that pop. There are no photos in this review because taking photos of the permanent exhibitions isn't allowed but it may be for the best experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a really rather small-size gallery. Actually, before I came here, I have no idea of what it is. However, it's not difficult to find. But, just with one current exhibition, which is curated by Suwarnno Wisetrotomo, the duo-artists are Rocka Radipa & Miranti Minggar. To the downside, the exhibition manual is in Indonesia Bahasa, therefore, I really cannot read and understand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to visit. A lot of artworks, paintings, sculptures, even kinetic artworks. And the architecture of the building is very unique. Edwin Gallery was founded in 1984 and is one of the best galleries in Indonesia which has exhibited more than 200 times national and international artists.
