Jas baru beli, niat mau laundry. Pas masukin laundry udah di warning untuk assesoris di kantong depan jangan sampai hilang/tertinggal. Untung nya pas masukin laundry kondisi jas saya foto, jadi klo saya ada komplain ga mengada ngada.
BENER AJA KAN pas jas nya di ambil hal yang di warnig HILANG.
Katanya mau di telfon balik untuk dikasih kabar apakah tertinggal atau gimana. Udah 2x24 jam ga ada kabarnya. Sekalinya di telfon line busy sampe sekarang??
Tolong tanggung jawab nya ya kakak kakak pekerja disana

A new suit bought, intent on going to laundry. When you enter the laundry, you have already been warned for accessories in the front pocket, not to be lost / left behind. Luckily, when I entered the laundry, my suit was in a photo, so if I had a complaint, I didn't have it.

Kejadian pertama waktu itu saya masukin laundry dan emang belum bayar di awal. Trus beberapa hari kemudian istri saya yang ambil laundrynya. Padahal udah dibilang belum bayar diawal tapi mereka bilang udah dibayar jadinya istri saya ambil laundrynya. 10 menit udah jalan pulang dari laundry, Istri saya, sebagai KOSTUMER, disuruh balik ke laundry karena ternyata belum dibayar. Laundry macam apa ini seenaknya nyuruh2 KOSTUMER.
Kejadian kedua, kita laundry jas, dan udah dikasih note kalo aksesoris jasnya yaitu sapu tangan di kantong dada jangan sampai hilang. Sudah di-iyakan sama mbaknya.
Beberapa hari kemudian pas diambil, aksesorisnya hilang . Pas kita telefon, bilangnya akan dicariin. Sampe besoknya ga ada kabar dari Eclatant. Beneran kapok saya.
Semoga review saya beneran bisa bkin orang lain lebih berhati-hati memilih jasa laundry. Karena kalo cuma sekadar bersih dan wangi mah banyak laundry yang bisa. Tapi yang menyenangkan kostumer lah yang bisa bikin pelanggang balik lagi. Dan Eclatant kayanya ga butuh pelanggan.

A few days later the pass was taken, the accessories were lost. When we call, say it will be searched. Until the next day there is no news from Eclatant. Really cured me.
Hopefully my review can actually make other people more careful choosing laundry services. Because if it's just clean and smells like a lot of laundry that can. But it is the one who pleases the customer who can make the grill back again. And Eclatant doesn't need customers.
