★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 1 hot kopi tarik in the morning. From eating in the spot till I want it to take it away. Yup, I have waited very long (almost half an hour). On top of that they serve it not in appropriate cup. I dont get any explanation at all and the waitress just say sorry for the waiting. Why do you need to accept the order if you are not ready? I think there is some issue here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place to go to buy premium cakes and cookies for Chinese New Year. As for other cakes, the Talas Ungu cake is the best, in my opinion. There is also a restaurant in the bakery. Good enough. The best is Kwetiaw goreng Singapore, nasi hainam is also good.

What I experienced?
Simple hi when come inside? No
Simple thank you after pay? No
I tried taro bread. Taste? So so, I don't know why, it was good when first time I taste maybe about 15 years ago, today not as good as old days, maybe I tasted another good bakery? Or downgrade quality?
Maybe another experienced could explain it better
Oh yes. I tried to pay with shopeepay (cashless), cashier said it was only for restaurant (canteen) payment, which for bakery cannot. I wonder why not so convenient, same name but different way to pay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did errands just now and picked up some items in the photo at Eaton. Have been a customer to this bakery for quite some time, also ordered their birthday cakes, kue lapis (traditional layered cakes) and hampers many times. They are known for their Taro (yam) birthday cake, not too sweet, smooth cake and you can select the designs on their menu. ? Since pandemic they have been offering frozen foods. I tried their frozen dory, dim sum and swekiau. They were good and definitely helpful when you don't have time to cook. Just turn on the microwave or the stove, and voila!! In this picture, you can see the frozen dory + sauce (just put cut onions on the pan, some garlic and pour the sauce, sugar, salt to taste and done!). Lately I enjoyed their Loafty Bread. I am personally satisfied by the flavor, both the smoked chicken and cheddar cheese combined are wonderful + soft and fluffy bread, a winner ?!! As we're getting closer to Chinese New Year, they also have provided nice hampers for you to send to loved ones or colleagues or just enjoy it at home. Currently there is early bird offer before February 1st, 2020. Throughout the year, they offer hampers for Christmas and New Year, and Idul Fitri as well. Hope you find this helpful! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In F&B industry, beside the quality of food, another important thing is hospitality. This bakery is so lack in attitude, from lower to upper management mostly the staffs are very arrogant and neither care nor pay attention to consumer’s request. Even the Chinese woman who supervises, maybe she is the family of the owner, is very rude and arrogant towards consumer. I guess it’s quite true when people say attitude of the staff is the reflection of the owner’s. For the breads and cakes are just ordinary compare to other bakeries in Jakarta. The breads are surprisingly overpriced. There are way more bakeries even newcomer ones are better in taste and attitude. Not gonna come back to this bakery
