★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order untuk dikirim jam 10 pagi. Sampenya jam 13.30. Jarak 51km , estimasi jarak tempuh 1 jam (boleh cek dimaps) Tapi telatnya 3,5 jam. Gila ga tuh? Acara nya digedung yg durasi acaranya pake waktu tp cateringnya datangnya seenak jidat. Alhasil banyak tamu ga bawa pulang hampers. Malunya itu loh sebagai yg punya acara gara² catering TIDAK profesional ini. Kalo ga nyanggupin ngirim tepat waktu gausah terima orderan!!! Bikin kecewa dan malu aja.
Order for delivery at 10am. Arrived at 13.30. The distance is 51km, the estimated distance is 1 hour (you can check the maps) But it's 3.5 hours late. Are you crazy? The event is held in a building where the duration of the event takes time, but the catering arrives at will. As a result, many guests do not bring home hampers. It's a shame as the one who has an event because of this NOT professional catering. If you can't deliver on time, don't accept orders!!! It's disappointing and embarrassing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, makanannya enak dan cocok banget dilidah, cuma porsinya pas aja gitu tidak kurang dan tidak lebih, tapi 2 dari 7 hari dalam saya berlangganan terdapat masalah seperti makan siang yg sampai di jam 13.30an (tanpa pemberitahuan sehingga cukup membuat kelaparan menunggu), salah menu (yg datang hanya dua box sayur dengan isian sama keduanya dari yg tertulis di menu empal gentong/ayam lengkuas dan kentang balado), mohon diperbaiki lagi kontrol systemnya agar kedepannya minim kesalahan fatal dan tolong diperbaiki juga cs agar lebih sat set.
Honestly, the food is delicious and fits perfectly on the tongue, only the portions are just right, no less and no more, but 2 of the 7 days I subscribed there were problems such as lunch arriving at 13.30 (without notice so it was enough to make hunger wait), wrong the menu (which came only two boxes of vegetables with the same stuffing as both of what was written on the menu empal gentong/chicken galangal and potato balado), please improve the control system so that in the future there will be minimal fatal errors and please also fix cs to make it more set.
