★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to look for my package from overseas that wasn't delivered for a month to me. Everyone from the security guy at the entry to the woman who handled my case was so friendly and helpful. One of the woman from the CS desk went out of her way to assist me and was super polite. Apparently my package had been moved to the one in Lap Banteng since it wasn't claimed/delivered in this office for over 14 days. But the CS woman provided me with everything I needed to know, checked the back warehouse, and made sure that my item was in fact at the Lap Banteng for sure I just needed to drive up there and collect it.
While waiting, I sat through two different batches of customers who were having a loud argument with the CS staffs just next to me for various issues in less than an hour and honestly I'm just thankful my experience was pleasant through and through with the CS lady who assisted me.
There's a thermogun screening and a handwashing sink with lovely thick soap upon entry.
