★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lumayan lah .. sesuai Harga .. 750rb/bln dan 100rb tahan utk ditukar kunci ketika check out .. Kebersihan tiap hari selalu di Pel dan dibuang sampah oleh penjaga .. Sudah tersedia Kasur spring bed, Almari(kbetulan 1 pintu almari yg sy tempati rusak), Meja, Kursi, Tv, Kipas (Dapur Bersama sitem iuran, Kulkas Bersama, K. Mandi bersama), didepan kos ada warung warmindo, jadi nya ngopi2 gak jauh, dan area kost ditengah sawah .. cocok buat yg letih sepulang kerja, gak bising .. So Far So good laaah
Not bad .. according to price .. 750 thousand / month and 100 thousand hold to exchange keys when checking out .. Cleanliness every day is always in the mop and thrown away by the guard .. A spring bed mattress is available, cupboards (incidentally 1 cupboard door that I occupy broken), tables, chairs, TV, fans (shared kitchen with dues, shared refrigerators, shared baths), in front of the boarding house there is a warmindo shop, so coffee is not far away, and the boarding area is in the middle of the rice fields ... suitable for those who are tired after work , not noisy .. So Far So good laaah

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sangat tidak disarankan. kos disini sebulan nyesel nya seumur hidup. bocor sampai seisi kamar banjir , hampir semua barang diluar lemari basah termasuk laptop diatas meja. dalam kondisi seperti itu pun pihak kos gapunya etikad baik , tidak ada solusi malah ditelantarkan. kasur dan seluruh barang basah sampai kamar sangat tidak layak untuk ditempati padahal waktu kos masih sisa seminggu lebih. akhirnya saya mencari tempat tinggal lain karena ditelantarkan. bahkan laptop dan keyboard eksternal menjadi korban ketidaklayakan. rusak memakan biaya service sampai 2jt pun pihak kos tidak mau mengambil tindakan sama sekali. kos ber cv seprti kos melati, dari luar terlihat profesional dalamnya tidak ada profesionalitas. payah
not recommended. cost here a month regret it for life. leaked until the whole room was flooded, almost everything outside the closet was wet including the laptop on the table. Even in such conditions, the boarding house does not have good ethics, there is no solution, instead it is abandoned. mattresses and all wet items until the room is very unfit to be occupied even though the boarding time is still more than a week left. I ended up looking for another place to live because it was abandoned. even laptops and external keyboards fall victim to unworthiness. damaged, it costs up to 2 million service fees, even the boarding party doesn't want to take any action at all. A boarding house with a CV is like a jasmine boarding house, from the outside it looks professional, inside there is no professionalism. lousy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place to spend enjoyable moment in yogyakarta. Loundry is taken care off every 3 days. Wifi is good but don't realy cover the whole area, so you need to choose your room wisely.
