bikin visa australia disini bagi saya sangat tidak recommended.
1. Dokumen hanya diterima (atau mau dilihat?) saat sudah super lengkap - jd apa bedanya dengan ke kedutaan kalau pihak tour ga bisa bantu ngelengkapin?
Selalu bilang ga bisa ngeprint FORM disana. awalnya ngomong karena kedutaan ga ngijinin. lohhhh ngeprint kok pakai ijin ya? bukan ngeprint duit kan?
bukannya ga mau ngeprint sendiri ya, tapi karena keadaan printer rumah rusak. padahal itu keadaannya sy sudah datang, jd ya gt deh, harus balik lagi cari tempat print
2. saya dapat form dari Dwidaya via email, lalu saya cek dong saat mau print (dalam keadaan udah bolak balik ya deh tuh karena katanya ga bisa ngeprint di dwodaya langsung) - lalu TERNYATA form yg dikasih salah. bahkan sy dikirimin form visa schengen. tau deh buat apaan.
BYE DWIDAYA Tour. won't recommend your brand and won't even take a look at your tour package anymore.

making an australia visa here for me is not recommended.
1. Documents are only accepted (or want to be seen?) When they are super complete - so what's the difference with the embassy if the tour can't help complete it?
Always said you couldn't print FORM there. At first I said because the embassy didn't allow it. lohhhh, why do you use a permit? not printing money right?
It's not that I don't want to print myself, but because the home printer is damaged. even though my situation has arrived, so gt, have to go back again to find a print place
2. I got the form from Dwidaya via email, then I checked it when I wanted to print (it's already back and forth because it says I can't print on Dwodaya directly) - then it turns out the form that was given was wrong. I even sent the Schengen visa form. know what for.
BYE DWIDAYA Tour. won't recommend your brand and won't even take a look at your tour package anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karena keterbatasan waktu, kami menyerahkan pengurusan visa untuk perjalanan kami ber-3 via travel agent ini. Layanannya sangat cepat dan profesional. Untuk cabang di AEON Mall BSD buka 7 hari seminggu dari 10.00 sampai 22.00.
Due to time constraints, we handed over visa arrangements for our 3rd trip via this travel agent. The service is very fast and professional. For branches in AEON Mall BSD open 7 days a week from 10:00 to 22:00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staff dwidaya aeon yg laki2 kurus kecil (maaf klo sy jd body shamming) sangat menyebalkan, pelayanan sangatlah tidak membantu sm sekali. 3x sy kesana, semua berakhir dg kekecewaan, apa krn sy pake voucher?? dia blg klo pake voucher, sisa nya tdk bs disimpan, tp hangus.. alhasil krn tkt hangus ,voucher kami habiskan dan akhirnya terpakai dgn mubazir. sementara pd kedatangan selanjutnya setelah di cek oleh staff lain, ternyata sisa voucher bs disimpan. setelah itu, pd kunjungan berikutnya lg, mau booking hotel tdk bisa dgn alasan dwidaya tdk bekerjasama dgn hotel yg mau kami booking, lalu tanpa diminta, dia menyebutkan hotel2 mana saja yg kerjasama dgn nada bicara tdk ramah sm sekali (dgn muka yg ketus, tanpa mau melihat wajah kami sebagai konsumen) sorry ya dwidaya aeon klo sy bisa ke travel yg lain jg sy gak akan mau lagi ke travel anda krn kelakuan staff anda tsb, tp voucher sy tsb hanya bs ditukar di dwidaya aeon. tlg perbaiki pelayanan. dan utk staff tsb : klu udah gak niat kerja resign aja!
dwidaya staff aeon the skinny little guy (sorry if I was body shamming) was very annoying, the service was very unhelpful. 3x I went there, it all ended with disappointment, because I used a voucher ?? he can use a voucher, the rest can't be saved, but it is forfeited ... as a result because it won't expire, we will spend the voucher and finally use it redundantly. while on the next arrival after checking by other staff, it turns out the remaining vouchers can be stored. after that, on the next visit again, wanting to book a hotel could not be due to the reasons it was not cooperating with the hotel we wanted to book, then without being asked, he mentioned which hotels were cooperating with a very unfriendly tone of sm. I want to see our faces as consumers) Sorry, I will get to travel to another trip so I won't want to go back to your travel because of your staff's behavior, but my voucher will only be exchanged at Aeon. improve service. and for that staff: if you don't have the intention to resign!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, (Saturday, 09 Apr) karena tertarik dg info adanya Permata Bank Priority Travel Fair, maka sengaja menyambangi outlet yg ada di Aeon Mall...ternyata sdh tutup, hanya beda 2 menit dari jadwal tutup yg pukul 6 PM...walaupun tutup, masih ada 2 staff TAPI SAYANG SEKALI TDK ADA NIAT MEMBANTU SEDIKITPUN !...ini mirup dg NOLAK REJEKI...
Today, (Saturday, 09 Apr) because I was interested in the information about the Permata Bank Priority Travel Fair, I purposely visited the outlets at Aeon Mall... it turned out to be closed, only 2 minutes from the closing schedule at 6 PM... even though closed, there are still 2 staff BUT IT'S A Pity THERE IS NO INTENTION TO HELP AT ALL!... this is similar to NOLAK LUCK...
