★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat memalukan dan mengecewakan. Servis frezee complen g beku. Stlh isi freon bukan beku malah sihu makin panas. Bukti pembayaran tersimpan dg rapi
Awal servis isi freon 1.4 juta ganti mesin 900.000 tapi mesin tetep rusak hati hati berurusan dg mereka. Totap 2.3 juta duit habis g ada tanggung jawab. Dijanjiin datang utk perbaiki lagi hanya nol besar
Very embarrassing and disappointing. Freezee service complete frozen. After the freon content is not frozen, it's even hotter. Proof of payment is stored neatly
At the beginning of the service, the freon contents were 1.4 million, replaced the engine 900,000 but the engine was still damaged, be careful dealing with them. A total of 2.3 million of the money was spent without any responsibility. Promised to come to fix it again only big zero

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pada tgl 21 Sept 2019 kmrn sy ambil paket cuci AC dan cek kebocoran, ternyata bocor disebabkan freon sdh habis (teknisi memperlihatkan jarum penunjuk tekanan freon yg sdh habis), agak kurang percaya ( krn kita org awam) ko bocor penyebabnya freon habis?? tp krn mendapatkan garansi 1 bulan jadi diputuskan oke isi freon. Sudah jalan 2 minggu dan Alhamdulillah AC kembali dingin dan tidak bocor lg, terimakasih Duta Jaya dan teknisinya Mas Ihsan, Barokalloh..
On September 21, 2019 kmrn I took the AC washing package and check the leak, it turned out that the leak was caused by the freon has been exhausted (the technician showed the freon pressure gauge that has run out), a little less trusting (because we are laymen) how come the leak was free? but because I got a 1-month warranty, it was decided to be okay with freon. It's been going on for 2 weeks and thank God the air conditioner is cold again and doesn't leak anymore, thanks Duta Jaya and the technician Mas Ihsan, Barokalloh ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sebelum cleaning AC netes air sedikit, dan tidak berisik AC pada keadaan nYala. Setelah di bersihkan oleh team yg bersangkutan, AC saya sdh 1 minggu ini netes deras dan dan suara AC jadi berisik seperti suara orang mendengkur. Sangat2 ewa atas service yg diberikan oleh team dari Duta Jaya Technic ini. Sangat Kecewa!!!
Before cleaning the AC, there was a little water dripping, and the AC was not noisy when it was on. After being cleaned by the team concerned, my air conditioner has been dripping heavily for 1 week and the sound of the air conditioner becomes noisy like the sound of people snoring. Very happy with the service provided by the team from Duta Jaya Technic. Very disappointed!!!
