Udah pada lihat belum kualitas rumah2 nya yang sesungguh nya??????
Untuk Pak Direktur Developer, Pak Direktur Kontraktor, Bapak2 Marketing, tolong di cek ricek kualitas rumah nya yg di jual, tanya kan ke konsumen atau pembeli nya, sudah PUAS kah atau TIDAK dengan Rumah nya yg sudah dibeli?????
Agar ada Feedback dan improvment kedepan nya..

To Mr. Developer Director, Mr. Director of Contractors, Mr. Marketing, please check the quality of the house that is being sold, ask the consumer or the buyer, are you SATISFIED or NOT with the house that has been purchased?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk. Nagih uang cepet bngt. Giliran kami cancel, ambil hak konsumen pemotongan yg sangat merugikan dan pencairan gak selesai2. Lebih baik pikir2 lagi deh.

Saya ttd pembelian unit di bulan Juni 2021, namun sampai sekarang hadiah TV maupun AC tak kunjung datang.
Alasannya karena komisi belum cair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagus untuk kawasan kota tangerang, lingkungannya ok, bakal byk ruko2 utk buka usaha, bebas banjir n rapi. Masih deket jg klo ke jkt ga jauh2 amet walaupun luas tanah nya ga besar tp worth to buy..
Good for the Tangerang city area, the environment is ok, there will be many shop houses to open a business, flood-free and neat. It's still close, if you go to Jkt, it's not too far away, even though the land area is not big, but it's worth buying..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini udah perumahan lama sih, tapi masih ada banyak pengembangan baru, ada yang sedang di bangun cluster beryl paling depan bahkan hingga 3 lantai dan 2 lantai agak rapat banget rumah nya mirip kontrakan 1 dinding tapi ini skala lebih mewah nya.
This is already an old housing estate, but there are still a lot of new developments, some are being built at the front of the beryl cluster, even up to 3 floors and 2 floors. The house is a bit tight, the house is like a 1-wall rented house but this is on a more luxurious scale.
