★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pemiliknya uda ga pernah kontrol lg kerjaan karyawannya. kualitas pelayanannya jelek bgt. Terakhir beli duren medan ditempat ini, dikasih tester sama karyawannya enak belilah 2 durian medan. Pas proses bungkus, ada bagian duren medan yg kaya agak busuk tp krn karyawannya cepet bgt bungkusnya jd ga sempet perhatiin bgt. Pas saya tanya ke karyawannya itu busuk atau bukan, karyawannya cuma blg semua barang disini bagus. Y sudahlah saya percaya saja krn saya jg sudah beberapa kali beli duren disini. Setelah sampe rumah, saya buka dan saya makan dr 25 butir durian yg saya dapat ternyata 10 butir durian asem dagingnya dan yg saya kesalnya daging duren yg asem itu dimakan anak saya yg masih kecil dimana dia ga ngerti mana yg busuk dan yg gak.
Ini bener2 pengalaman yg mengecewakan bgt. Soalnya hrg durennya ga murah. Hrgnya bisa dibilang diatas harga normal namun kualitasnya seperti itu. Ini mungkin krn pemiliknya ga pernah cek in (ini info dr karyawannya katanya pemiliknya ga pernah dateng).
The owner has never controlled the work of his employees. the quality of service is really bad. The last time I bought a field durian in this place, was given a tester with the employees, it was good to buy 2 Medan durians. During the wrapping process, there was a part of the durian medan which was a bit rotten but because the employees were so fast that the packaging was so fast that it didn't really pay attention. When I asked the employee whether it was rotten or not, the employee was just because everything here was good. Yes, I just believe because I have bought durians several times here. After I got home, I opened it and I ate from 25 durians which I got was 10 pieces of tamarind durian, and what I was annoyed was that the sour durian meat was eaten by my child who was still young where he did not understand which one was rotten and which was not.
This is a really disappointing experience. The problem is the durians are not cheap. The price is arguably above the normal price but the quality is like that. This may be because the owner never checked in (this is the information from the employee, he said the owner never came).
