★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prnh beberapa kali kesini karena memang aku pilih faskes BPJS ny disini tapi sayang ini puskesmas no recomended deh,prtam datang dijam 11 eh mereka bilang dokter sedang istirahat,kalo mau balik lagi periksa tunggu hingga jam 13.00..ya ampun ada y org lagi merasa kesakitan kok disuruh nunggu dan kunjungan kedua pun demikian aku datang stlh jam 1 tepatnya di jam 15.00 trnyta puskesmas ny sudah tutup.yeah gila bner2 pelayanan ny enggak banget..dan skrg pun ak lagi mau usahakan untuk pindah faskes.dan untuk pemberian bintang atau rating pun rasanya mikir2. Maaf ya?.enggak sesuai ekspetasi pelayanan nya walaupun menggunakan BPJS pun stiap bulan kita sellalu bayar iuran BPJS nya kok
 Have been here several times because I chose the BPJS health facility here but unfortunately this is a no-recommended health center, the first came at 11 o'clock eh they said the doctor was resting, if you want to come back check it out wait until 13.00... oh my goodness, there are people feeling pain how come I was told to wait and the second visit was like that, I came after 1 o'clock to be exact at 15.00, the health center was closed. Yes, it's crazy, the service isn't really that bad.. and now I'm trying to move health facilities. And for giving stars or ratings too it's like thinking. Sorry, it doesn't match the service expectations, even though we use BPJS every month we always pay the BPJS dues.

Midwife service is not friendly at all, please arrange again on behalf of midwife cici,, does not reflect local government servants or employees, judes jutek,,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter hingga petugas lainnya seperti kebersihan sangat-sangat tidak ramah sehingga membuat saya tidak nyaman diperlakukan seperti itu. Terlebih lagi dokter yg sikapnya acuh. Padhl saya baru pertama kali menggunakan bpjs di jakarta karena sayang tidak pernah digunakan dan saya mengambil puskes duri kepa sesuai daerah kos saya. Tetapi pelayanannya saya beri jempol ke bawah. Sangat ga recomend bgt ini puskesmas, pantesan sepi gaada yg berobat disitu kayanya pada tau sifat petugas kesehatannya :)
Doctors to other officers such as cleaners are very, very unfriendly so that it makes me uncomfortable being treated like that. Especially the doctor who is indifferent. It's my first time using BPJS in Jakarta because unfortunately it's never been used and I took the thorn kepa health center according to my boarding house. But I give the service a thumbs down. I really don't recommend this puskesmas, it's safe to say that no one is seeking treatment there, it seems that they know the nature of the health workers :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fasilitas kesehatan yang sangat tidak membantu masyarakat. Pasien tidak diperiksa tetapi langsung diberikan obat. Sangat tidak rekomendasi. Minta tolong untuk ditingkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat setempat.
Health facilities that do not really help the community. The patient was not examined but was immediately given medication. Not really a recommendation. Ask for help to improve services to the local community.

the experience of treatment here is satisfying, I came to register at the counter given complete information, the doctor examined it well, then was given medicine with a good explanation. thank you thorn kepa health center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayananya kurang ramah dari dokter dan bidan yg senior / yg lama. mungkin karena gratis. sekali ada dokter baru baik, ramah. pasti tidak lama tugasnya. entah ditarik ke puskesmas mana.
Tulisanya buka jam 07:00. jam 07:30 dokternya baru datang. itu paling cepat.
Tutup pukul 04:00. Tapi datang jam 01:00 petugas bilang dah tutup. padahal tidak ada antrian
the service is less friendly than doctors and midwives who are senior / old. maybe because it's free. once there is a good, friendly new doctor. certainly not long duty. I don't know which center to get.
The writing opens at 07:00. At 7:30 the doctor just arrived. it's the fastest.
Closes at 4:00. But came at 01:00 the clerk said it was closed. even though there is no queue
