★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No treadmill for cardio. Class only last for 30 minutes with no significant effect whatsoever. Very beginner level, a gym class in school is even better than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite comfy gym to spend extra hours to shape your body or just simply to squeeze your body fat with their "air walker" as i did. It is a "member only" but their membership is not expensive at all (compare it with your own wellbeing, health insurance and medication expenses, better you start to spend some time at the gym). The member that i have met are friendly, and their staffs is always helpful and kind. And one more thing, that they have other several branch which you can freely to visit anytime once you become one of the member.

Large studio and alot of class in this gym.
You can zumba,aerobic,body combat, shine dance... You can choose class weather in morning,noon or nite class.
For healthy no need to be pricy..
