I went there to get my laptop serviced. They told me it was not hard to get it working again, they only need to buy the a replacement for the broken component. But I heard nothing from them for a month. I decided to call them and they told me that they can't repair it.
So I went there again to get my laptop back. I asked the staff to dissasemble the laptop becuase I wanted to check wheter or not the parts were complete. The staff gruntled, clearly unhappy at my request. The she starts to open it, which I'm sure she's not used to. When it was finally opened, I noticed that some of the bolts from my HDD were missing. When I asked her about it, she told me "It just bolt."
So then I asked her to lift the motherboard, so that I can check whether anything else was missing. Thankfully everything was in order, so she's started to bolt back the motherboard, clumsily.
I told her that she was using the wrong bolts at certain places, but she still insisted that all the bolts are interchangeable.
I've had enough. So I just took my laptop (what's left of it).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know. Want to repair at this place after good reputation in the internet, but took several week (almost month) to repair my laptop. After all my laptop still broken because they can't repair it and must change the mainboard like to buy a new laptop.
