Kami putuskan ke outlet yg di mall matahari Daan Mogot jam 19.30 tp sayang display stock donuts sudah tidak lengkap, dan di layani oleh kasir yg pelayanan si kasir sangat gk bagus , menjawab pertanyaan customer tidak sopan dgn nada ketus dan singkat . Apakah pantas prilaku seperti itu melayani customer ???
Tolong sampaikan jika tidak niat kerja suruh resign saja .. kasir tersebut atas nama D AGNER MONIKA PKN

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi donkin donuts berada di dekat pintu masuk mall daan mogot bersebrangan langsung dengan McD. Pelayanannya kurang ramah dan harga minumannya mahal mana tidak dapat donut gratis, beda dengan donut pesaingnya yang lebih baik pelayanannya
