★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya belanja 16 Okt' 2021 sekitar jam 16.00an waktu itu toko mau tutup, sy beli benang sejumlah 42.000,- kemudian saya bayar sebesar 102.000,- agar kembalian lebih mudah 60.000, tapi karena pihak toko punya kembaliannya 50+20rb maka sy tukarkan 20rb nya menjadi 2 lembar 10rb, sy tukar di luar toko...
Salah satu lembar 10rb nya sudah sy berikan lagi ke penjaga toko, nah disini letak kekhilafannya penjaga itu belum memberikan 50rb nya sehingga yg saya terima hanya lembar 20rb saja.
Semua jadi terburu-buru karena toko mau tutup.
5 menit setelah pergi dari toko, saya baru sadar bahwa kembalian kurang dan sy langsung menuju ke toko itu lagi tetapi ruko sudah dikunci.
Alhasil sy coba sampaikan ke wa pemilik dan menceritakan kronologisnya, tapi respon nya sungguh sangat MENGECEWAKAN, karena uang yg saya bayarkan dianggap 50rb.
Dan tanggapan nya sungguh sangat tidak bersahabat.
Cukup deh ini jadi yg terakhir belanja di toko ini.
Uang nya memang hanya 50rb tapi respon pemiliknya sungguh MENGECEWAKAN.
harusnya kan bisa di kroscek melalui sistem keuangan di toko tsb.
