Puas bgt pelayanan klaim garansi disini... Padahal saya datang jam makan siang tp ga pake ba bi bu... RAM saya langsung diganti dengan yg baru... Ini pelayanan klaim garansi terbaik... Makin yakin beli produk corsair...

Kalau produk produk nya udah gak usah diragukan karena sangat berkualitas. Tim Sosmednya responsif dan solutif. Saya beli memory tahun 2009 dan rusak di 2021. Langsung ditukar dengan yg baru tanpa banyak persyaratan. Good Job.

22 Januari 2020 mencoba mampir ke kantor DTG/Corsair Indonesia untuk Claim garansi (RMA) memory RAM DDR4 (Vengeance LPX SERIES). Prosesnya sangat cepat dan singkat, pertama lapor kebagian front office untuk di teruskan langsung ke bagian RMA. Di catat nama kita lalu di tunggu untuk proses verifikasi sktr 30 menit, langsung di berikan unit pengganti-nya dan kita tanda tangan di tanda Terima claim unit. Untuk claim produk DTG s&k sbb (dari IG resmi Corsair Indonesia)  Masih dalam masa garansi (sesuai model produk)  Label tanggal garansi masih utuh (pada RAM/MEMORY tidak ada tanggal garansi)  Label hologram DTG/CORSAIR masih utuh (untuk RAM/MEMORY)  Label keterangan produk ( SN, type produk) masih utuh  Tidak ada cacat fisik seperti terbakar, pecah, meleleh, Terkena air dll  Produk tidak pernah dibongkar/dimodifikasi  Produk digunakan sebagaimana peruntukkan dan fungsinya  Untuk memory yang sepasang harus dibawa sepasang juga  Jika produk sudah discontinued maka di ganti dengan yang setara atau di upgrade 1 tingkat keatasnya dengan tambahan biaya Untuk lokasinya di dalam ruko berpagar warna hitam.

To claim DTG s & k products as follows (from IG official Corsair Indonesia)  Still within the warranty period (according to the product model)  The warranty date label is still intact (on RAM / MEMORY there is no warranty date)  The DTG / CORSAIR hologram label is still intact (for RAM / MEMORY)  The product information label (SN, product type) is still intact  There are no physical defects such as burning, breaking, melting, etc.  The product has never been disassembled / modified  The product is used as intended and in function  For a pair of memory must be brought a pair too  If the product has been discontinued, replace it with an equivalent or upgrade 1 level up with additional costs For its location in a black fenced shop.

Satu dari 2 distributor nasional yang klaim garansinya simpel & to the point menurut saya. Yang mau klaim garansi dgn datang langsung ke sini sebaiknya isi formulir yang disediakan DTG dulu, lalu nanti akan dikontak via WA dan buat janjian untuk datang lewat WA tersebut (termasuk info soal barang dan stoknya), karena di lokasi sengaja tidak masang plang/info.
One of 2 national distributors whose warranty claims are simple & to the point in my opinion. Those who want to claim warranty by coming directly here should fill out the form provided by DTG first, then later they will be contacted via WA and make an appointment to come via WA (including information about goods and stock), because at the location deliberately did not put a signpost/info.

RMA RAM ga nyampe 10 menit, cek kondisi fisik, ditanya kerusakan bgmn, langsung diganti baru. Mantap
RMA RAM didn't arrive for 10 minutes, checked physical condition, asked how it was damaged, immediately replaced with a new one. Excellent
