★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat amat buruk!! Sangat lama dan buang2 waktu kalau kesini! Sistem manjemennya buruk! Ini bukan Drive Thru tapi Offline Thru! Ga usah bikin Online kalau ujung2nya harus turun mobil!!
Very very bad service!! It's very long and a waste of time to come here! The management system is bad! This is not Drive Thru but Offline Thru! You don't have to make it online if you end up having to get off the car!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasil PCR sudah lebih dari 26jam tidak ada info terlambat atau ada kendala, datang ke lokasi langsung utk minta hasil, dicuekin dan org2nya ga peduli. Ini orang2 semua ramai nungguin hasil sampe jam segini bayangin. Uda cape2 kesana, demi hasil PCR yg ga kunjung muncul. Jgn kesini deh, di dekat2 sini msh banyak lab2 or tmpt test lain yg jauh lbh bgs n trusted.
The PCR results have been more than 26 hours, no information is late or there are problems, come to the location directly to ask for results, are ignored and the people don't care. These people are all busy waiting for the results until this hour, imagine. I'm tired of going there, for the sake of the PCR results that don't show up. Don't come here, nearby, there are still many other labs or test sites that are much better and more trusted.
